Thank you for visiting. I'm John Abong, owner/operator of Precision PC Repair. My goal is to solve your computer problems quickly, with extreme emphasis on safe-guarding your privacy. Computer technology is a mystery to many people, but I can demystify it quickly. I understand computers on a deep level, both hardware and software, and have been repairing them for decades.

I have used John for repair help twice. He is very responsive and communicative. He gave me ideas to try and fix the issue myself and then took care of it when that did not help. He picked up and dropped up my computer. I was only without it for an evening. His service is exceptional and his prices are totally reasonable. I highly recommend Precision PC Repair..

Contacted John who promptly returned my call. Told John that I had a non computer dilemma but needed a precision hardware expert that required two small wires soldered to a miniature connector on a model train engine. John proved that he was the right choice. John came to the house the same day picked up the train, and in a couple days was was able to repair the train as if it came from the factory. John delivered it to the house and stayed to ensure that the repair was correct. I have put John in my contacts as my number one place to go for computer and model train repair. Thank you John, you

I had brought my Asus laptop to John to repair the power jack as I was having charging issues. The computer worked fine, but I would have to hold the charging cord in just the right position to charge. He had great reviews on google maps which is why I selected him over others for the job. I would have to agree with the other reviews on how great his communication is. He would always text to update me on the status of his progress which I appreciated greatly.
Currently I am a student attending various schools at NS Newport and HEAVILY RELY on my laptop to study for weekly exams and practicals
