This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with healthcare. A friendly receptionist helped me schedule my appointment and greeted me warmly when I arrived. My hygienist, Alyssa, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was educated throughout about what was being done and about dental health promotion. Dr. Bradshaw was thorough and took the time to educate and hear my concerns. Compassionate, efficient, excellent!! I am thankful!

I can't express how much I dislike dentists in general and the amount of anxiety that I get from the thought of an appointment. I have seen 1 dentist my entire life and needed a change. From the first visit at Heritage, I felt welcome, slightly more at ease and more comfortable. The extent that they explain every step they are taking is amazing. I was informed of things and problems I had no idea I even had. They did tests and things during the exam that I had no idea could even be done. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, funny and just generally wonderful.

They have a very friendly and caring staff. This was my first visit and i was very pleased with how i was taken care of. They treat you as if you’re not just another patient and all of my questions and concerns were answered. The team there is one of the best i’ve dealt with and you can tell they truly care about helping resolve and fix any issues you are having. I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment with them.

Dr Bradshaw and his whole staff made a trip to the dentist which is normally an unpleasant experience into a very nice one. They are all excellent at what they do and everyone in the office is very pleasant and knowledgeable. My procedure was rather complicated and Dr Bradshaw even called me when I got home to make sure I was.all right. He said if I needed anything to call him personally. It was my first visit to this office but he will be my dentist from now on

I LOVE the whole team at Heritage Family Dentistry! I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Bradshaw’s team creates an atmosphere unlike any other experience I’ve had. Every detail - from the way you are greeted on the phone to the pain-free procedures to the attentive and positive staff - is thoughtfully carried out with an aim to serve and to bless. This place is wonderful! I have always been nervous about going to the dentist having had lots of bad experiences in the past. What a refreshing difference at Heritage Family Dentistry! Dr. Bradshaw may look young, but he is very kind, incredibly knowledgeable about dentistry, and clearly cares for his patients. The rest of the staff is also kind, helpful, and very good at what they do. The office is quite clean, tastefully decorated, and has a comfortable feel as opposed to a typical cold, sterile medical office. The equipment is modern and maticulously maintained. The entire experience was fantastic

Heritage Family Dentistry are a bunch of unprofessional crooks. The dental hygienists work on commission there and tried to sell/convince me of services that I didn't need...on my first visit and my second visit, when I was simply there for my 6 month cleanings. Probably b/c Dr. Bradshaw is fresh out of dental school (looks like he's 20) and has student loans, business expenses to pay and a growing family of four kids and counting.
I have perfect teeth and gums and was only looking for my 6 month cleaning. I bleach, I floss, I mouthwash, I use a tongue scraper, I love my Oral B electric
