Here at West End Yoga, we strive to provide our yoga students and wellness-enthusiasts a communal learning environment that is dedicated to healing and compassion, guided by teachers who are sophisticated, innovative, and attentive to the details of core integration and alignment. We seek to promote the health and wellness of the students we serve through the integration of artful yoga techniques and contemporary movement therapies.

We offer a holistic approach to healing the body and mind. Central to this mission is the practice of executive attention-mindful awareness of ourselves and our movements toward a radiant state of being.
Services
One-on-one Yoga Therapy Sessions offer an individualized approach that empowers participants to take greater agency in their health with Certified Yoga Therapist Rachel Sammon of Explore Yoga Therapy. Rachel holds Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Tai Chi Chuan (also written as Taijiquan) is an ancient martial art and health exercise based on Taoist philosophy that emphasizes deep relaxation of mind and body. Tai Chi encourages a deep pattern of breathing with the flow of movements, which are relaxed but precise. Regular practice brings about a sense of wellbeing, boosts blood circulation, and increases the mobility of joints.
Personal Classes provide 1:1 attention for Students from an Instructor that will provide a class that is well suited for their individual needs & passions.

Those seeking a Personal Class are very diverse and attend private Sessions for many reasons including: feedback on alignment, a beginner that would like to seek out instruction before joining classes, those looking for specific Asana options, and those seeking to take a developed practice even further.Our passion is to share Our positive experiences and training with others and we gain fulfillment seeing Our Community grow.
Introducing Create Your Own Class: This bundle includes 5 separate sequences designed to allow the Practitioner to pick and build their own class or to be played together for a full & balanced 1 hour Yoga Practice. This Virtual Class comes in 6 parts including the full Flow, and 1 Recording of each Sequence so you can mix and match as you choose and Create Your Own Class.
Moon Salutations, fluid movement, and energetic waves to balance our internal rhythms this class is open to all levels of practitioners offering options for all bodies. Incorporating this class into one's practice will offer a fresh perspective on Yoga and Our connection with the Divine. Grounding Vinyasa practice will journey through the chakra system, unlocking and balancing the 7 energy systems in the body.

Update: After practicing here regularly for about a month, my impression gets only better, especially the teaching. I managed to pry myself awake and out to Jessie’s Early Rise and Flow this morning. She took us through a new and challenging flow, encouraging, observing and helping us with well directed cues. Nothing is rote here. The teaching is fluid and organic. Teachers excel at sensing the needs of the students and teaching effectively to multiple levels. Let’s just keep on working hard and caring for each other. Thank you.

I have taken an online class and an in person class and loved both! Rachel led the online class and she was vibrant, explained everything beautifully and did a great job holding space for students in the room as well as online. Jenny led the in person class and she was funny, natural and welcoming. I was running late for the in person class and couldn't find parking. I called the studio and Jonina stayed on the phone with me until I was parked and notified the teacher that I would be running late. So glad I decided to check this place out!

Had a great experience here. Great atmosphere, very welcoming group, and the instructor was amazing. I highly recommend checking out the Monday mid-day pause and reset with Rachel Sammon. What a great way to start your week. The instructor did a great job of setting a pace and helping everyone get the most out of the session. Really appreciated her insight and knowledge.

Hands down the best yoga studio in the Lancaster area. I’ve tried so many places but west end really offers a variety of practices in a comfortable inviting environment. Monday night singing bowl with Jenny is the BEST!

Discovered this nice little yoga studio in Lancaster, had my first class Vinyasa Flow with Lucy on Saturday and it was absolutely amazing!!! Can't wait to try different classes!!!

I was at West End Yoga this evening for my first Restorative yoga class. I've been wanting to check the studio out for a while now. I had a relaxing and restful experience. I'm considering continuing these classes to make myself unplug and reduce stress. The instructor was welcoming and I'll return.
