Half Moon Yoga Studio
Half Moon Yoga Studio is currently conducting classes on line and in person following the PA State guidelines. While many of us have found yoga through asana (postures), yoga offers rich, ancient tools with modern applications to help us realize our truest self. Half Moon offers a private space to practice asana but classes are integrated with pranayama, meditation, chanting and mantra.

We also practice Pilates and it's tremendous strengthening benefits with long-time teacher, Carrie Montgomery. Owner and teacher, Julie Cramer, M.A., E-RYT500 has studied Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lassater, the Bishnu Ghosh lineage with Tony Sanchez and Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark.

Interested in a Private Session? Private sessions can enhance your personal yoga practice at any level. You may benefit from a private session if you are new to yoga, recovering from illness or injury or have been coping with any of the following issues: chronic low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, stress, headaches and/or migraines, depression or anxiety, poor sleep habits, scoliosis or fibromyalgia.
If you have registered for a special practice i.e. Advanced Mind/Body Yoga and Restorative and are unable to attend, cancellation within 24 hours is required. If you do not you will be charged for that practice from your membership or sent an invoice. Membership covers these practices, without membership they are $17 for a drop-in.
American Viniyoga Institute - Learn and practice the ancient tools of yoga with modern applications with teacher, Gary Kraftsow, M.A., E-RYT500. Himalayan Institute - a non-profit, international organization dedicated to serving humanity through educational, spiritual, and humanitarian programs. Satchidananda Ashram - found in 1966 by Swami Satchidananda, this spiritual community offers yoga teachings to one and all.

This was my first ever yoga session and it was amazingly inclusive for new members. The hot yoga series is challenging, relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend any beginners or veterans to practice here at Half Moon Yoga Studio!
