With our mild winters and close proximity to the city of San Antonio and the Gulf Coast, we're sure you'll love the Brush Country.
RV's: Only one RV and (2) vehicles per site unless previously approved by office management. RV Park quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. RV Sites must be kept clean for the enjoyment of all occupants. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. R&M RV Park assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents or losses from any cause.

The park was an excellent value. The owner and park attendant went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I reserved a space and was delayed arriving due to vehicle problem. The owner called to check on me , maintained my reservation , and didn’t charge me for the day that I wasn’t there. Was refreshing that he was more concerned about me arriving safely than he was about the lost revenue . I highly recommend this park for a long term stay .

Wonderful place! Highly Recommended. This is a 5⭐️ RV Park. I can not say enough about the owner, he was very helpful and kind. He was willing to meet me at the RV park upon my arrival no matter if it was day or night. He made sure I had everything I needed to get setup. This RV park has high speed internet/WiFi, laundry and a very nice area to walk your dog. Nice, Clean and best of all GREAT RATES!! A+

One of the nicest person I done business with was Rene Martines, very helpful and polite. I reserved a place with a deposit and my job didn't come thru, so he was very kind and refund my full deposit which hi didn't have to and for that I am very grateful, and for that experience I would definitely would go back and recommend, R & M Park. This park was only supposed to be our home for a few months as we transitioned to home ownership. Those few months were extended to now over a year. Sadly, our time at the park is coming closer to an end as we are now proud homeowners!
Rene has been a absolutely wonderful to our family! During employment hardships and covid craziness, he always worked with us. I’ve seen him help folks move their Rv’s in and out as well as help set them up. He keeps the park very clean and tidy. There is plenty of security with cameras and gates. This park is beautiful, quiet with very nice neighbors. Big grass park in the back for pets, completely fenced in, we feel safe and secure. Rene keeps his prices very reasonable, it includes everything and high speed internet too. Rene is super nice and quick to help. We would recommend this park for anyone looking for a quiet ,secure place.

I visited this park almost a year ago and it was OK but not impressive. Happened to stay briefly at this park in 2 - 3 December 2017 and wow it is much improved! They've added a playground, laundromat, and the place just looks like it's been renovated. Best RV Park in the area I think because it's small and secluded. Just make sure you've got 25+ feet of sewer hose - most of the connections are at the back of each lot. Great place, the owner, Rene, super nice guy and very helpful!
