I was pretty annoyed when I asked the manager what he was renting and the deposit was for the small trailers for rent in the park. The first thing he told me was I'm not sure you could afford it. I am a female so this might have thrown him off a little but I make over $30 an hour and run heavy equipment. So that was a big mistake. I take my business elsewhere. As a Christian man Church going I thought you weren't supposed to judge right off the bat.

Manager was extremely polite and cordial. Place was very accommodating. We will stay here again. Has all you need for your RV. Nice and quite. Love this place

Route 97 is a truck route and a bit noisy at night. Site I had was only big enough for my vehicle and cost was 45$ a night. There are no washrooms, although there is a coin laundry in the Park. Wifi was poor, but probably being blocked by an adjacent vehicle. Friendly manager.

Great little family place I stopped into after a loooooong drive from NY to AZ. Needed a place to unwind for a few days before hitting the road and these guys made me feel right at home. Nice and quiet and the staff are super friendly

This is strictly a working contractor park. No amenities like bath house or showers. Wifi didn't work. We used Passport America and still was $20 a night. Will charge 4% for using a credit or debit card. Right on Hwy 97 so lots of road noise.

I've been here a year now, extremely friendly owner, manager is great, free WiFi, keeps the park looking nice, nice new little on site laundry room, and my dog is welcomed and for me that's very, very important.

I have enjoyed every minute staying here. Amenities were fine and it was quiet enough for me to sleep well. Relaxing surroundings and most people pleasant... Recommend

I enjoyed my stay. The park was well maintained, and the management was on call 24 7. Stop by and check this place out. very quiet and clean. The wifi was very accessable
