I rarely use dry cleaning services but after switching to a King sized bed it's become a service I require for our duvet. The staff was friendly, turn around was 2 days, and pricing was totally fair! They were able to remove a stubborn stain that a laundromat machine left behind and even gave us a nice case to carry our duvet home in! Thank you Legacy!

Have been going to this cleaner since their opening. The staff is always welcoming and quick to get you on your way. Turnaround time for large or small items is super quick and I have never had a bad experience. Prices are very reasonable especially for your large bedding or blankets. Repeat customer and recommend to anyone in the area.

Owner parked in the handicap parking space in front of the store. When I asked if he were handicapped he said no and was only running inside to quickly pickup a few things. I explained I have a family member who is handicapped and that wouldn’t matter if she needed the parking space. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and drove across the street to another dry cleaner. I will not return to Legacy Cleaners.

The first time I went I took 10 of my boyfriend's shirts which cost $35. When we got them back none of the stains were out. All of the collars and sleeves still had sweat stains. However my boyfriend failed to mention this to me.
There is really only one parking spot unless you are handicapped.
The second time I went I took 5 blouses, 1 sweater, 2 pairs of pants which cost me $65. When I went to get dressed this morning I saw that none of the stains were taken out. When I talked to my boyfriend he told me that all of his shirt still had stains too and they didn't starch them. Both times

The only unfortunate problem is that this business lost 4 of my shirts and there was a delay in resolving the situation while we waited a few months to see if the shirts would turn up. They did not. Eventually the owner/manager Usha was very nice and contacted me multiple times to tell me they would compensate me per the policy on their receipt. Which they did. $110. And a $25 store credit. The shirts cost me $440 new, but this helps. Otherwise they seem to do a good job cleaning.

Very disappointed! I have used them 4 times. Each time my shirts were redos. The French cuffs were not cleaned. The last several times I asked them to spot check before. Well, they lost one of my shirts. They offered me $30 credit. Not even close to half and it was fitted.

The service is satisfactory aside from certain shirts that have consistently wrinkled collars and occasional stains (especially blue dress shirts). My biggest issue is that items have been "lost" multiple times when my family does NOT get a ticket with the exact number of items at the time of drop-off. They may tell you to not "worry about" the count but you should. ALWAYS get a ticket with the count in advance.

He is a seriously good tailor; so long overdue for our area! I've had few items tailored and he went above and beyond making the garment fit me the way it should. He really knows how & where to make the alterations which makes all the difference in the fit & functionality.
Recently, I brought him a dress with a difficult problem to fix. He was so thoughtful about his strategy to repair it; he took his time & did it right. It looks black tie perfect! Thank

I recently moved to Del Mar and was having trouble finding a reliable dry cleaning and tailor service. I didn't have to look any further than Legacy Cleaners! Great hours of operations during the weekday (7-7pm), attentive and fast service, and very affordable. They were able to tailor my suit pants in 24 hours so I could make it on time for a wedding.
