Multiple times a day while at work, I keep getting spam calls where they pretend it's a real person and ask "can you hear me ok?". This is absolutely ridiculous and Ive asked them to remove my number but I get hung up on and called again from another throw away local number! I have blocked the number multiple times per day but they always call again from a different one! Once I googled the company and found their real number, I get put on hold and hung up on. It's very frustrating and says a lot about the low ethics of this company!

The young man that helped me went over and beyond to get me great health insurance for first time in many years when everyone else is spoke to said it world be several hundred a month of which I can't afford do to on limited income. Alex was great. He was curtious and friendly. He also was very knowledgeable about all of my insurance options and helped me to find the right plan. From start to finish I was done and had health insurance all within 20 min. I am very happy with True Coverage. They must be understated though because I can't get anyone to call me back now. That's my only complaint.

Well to tell you the truth I thought that the representatives that helped me were very informative and they made sure that I understood everything that was being explained to me they were very kind and respectful when talking to me and they made sure I was very aware of what they were telling me about the insurance. My son had Covered California coverage based on his income. One day he got a text, apparently from TrueCoverage, asking if he wants to continue the same coverage for 2020. He assumed it was CC and Kaiser, but turns out it's these folks and they have a heftier monthly copay despite his income having been pretty much the same. I call this hijacking and FRAUD. They are an insurance company NOT a government plan.
