I have received three calls from different agents and requested information be sent to my email. Only Cynthia Rojas sent the requested information to my email. I emailed Cynthia to schedule a phone call. She got right back to me and called me when she was scheduled too. She was very helpful and friendly by answering all my questions. Kimmy S. at CDIS of NM has been a rock star in helping me resolve problems with Blue Cross Blue Shield and DaVita Medical Group. She is always polite and professional with the insurer or the provider, but doesn't let them digress or get off topic. She asks pertinent (and sometimes pointed) questions that keep things moving in the right direction. Follow up? No problem -- she stays on it until resolution. Kimmy gets 10 stars for results.
