We had the pleasure of being served by New West Catering this weekend and were incredibly impressed with their delicious food and professionalism. This team dealt with a major power outage without a hiccup and served absolutely fabulous food - some of our favorites were the samosas, mushroom empanadas, caprese skewers, and rosemary Parmesan flatbread, but honestly everything they served was farm-to-table and delicious! While planning our wedding for this past summer I had heard, time and time again, that New West was the best, however, I wasn't certain why....until I contacted them. From the very first phone call Janet was helpful, informative and inventive. We wanted something different. She worked with us to perfect a menu that we loved and our guests honestly cannot stop talking about the food. They go on and on and ON!
