Tim did such an amazing job reglazing my tub (circa 1940) & tile surround (circa 1960). It looks STUNNING - glossy bright white. He was so easy to work with, really cool guy, and the result of the finish is spectacular. Highly recommend!

My rental house had a 70 year old bath tub that had a few dings in it. I was under a time crunch to get it refinished with tenants moving in within a week. Tim was quick to respond to my call. His description of what he would do was complete and reassuring. He was responsive to all my texts and questions. He moved his schedule around to accomodate my timing needs. I am so glad I went with him. He did fantastic work and gave a 5 year warranty. He was very professional and has high work standards. I would highly recommend him.

I recently have suffered severe knee pain due to overuse and age. I'm awaiting full knee replacement. Sadly, it's impossible for me to get into our tub to take a shower. I was so excited to find Tim Roberts of NorCal Refinishing. Today he converted part of our tub into an easily accessible step in for me. It looks fantastic. He did a wonderful job and I can't wait until I'm able to finally take a shower. Thank you Tim. You're worth every star. I'd give you 10 if they were available.

Owner Tim Roberts did a wonderful job refinishing one of our tubs. Tim is reliable, personable, professional. Initially, I didn't get a call back right away, but gave him a lot of leeway figuring he was quite busy, especially given all his positive reviews. Tim was thorough with instructions on how to clean the tub, what products to use/not use to maintain the integrity of his work, which is gorgeous. I recommend him highly. Our tub looks brand new. Couldn't be happier.

My review is not based on the first glazing attempt but the 2nd time Tim came out to reglaze the tub. I've used soft scrub on all my tubs for over 30 years without any issue. Isn't that the whole point of glazing is that it's durable. Glazing should never peal off and I waited a week before cleaning it. We were happy before it started to come off. The 2nd attempt is on you, deep dimples, bumps and little holes everywhere and I mean everywhere. None of them were there prior. Implying you did me a favor is insulting. I'm not asking you for money back and paying someone else

Tim responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came out, explained what he would have to do to restore the old tub, and gave us a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week. He arrived at the time he said he would, performed the work he had described, and now the tub looks like new. Highly recommended!

So happy with my tub refinishing and my experience with NorCal Refinishing. It looks like a brand new tub! Tim got all the nasty staining out and covered 3 big chips plus installed a nice new drain stopper and overflow. It is clean and sparkley. He was on time and a really nice guy. Wow! What a positive experience all the way around. From the first phone call to the "thank you so much, Tim!" I contacted several companies about restoring the finish on our vintage bathtub. Most of the quotes were near $600. Not NorCal Refinishing!
