Sophie of CTW was referred to us by our contractor to help us with our new master bath remodel. She was outstanding in guiding us through the tile selection and shower configuration process. We could not be happier with what we selected.
When our contractor discovered additional tile that was needed to complete our job after we unexpectedly changed to a curbless shower Sophie was able to get the extra tile for us the next day. We first stepped foot in CTW in June 2019 to map our a double bathroom remodel and worked with them throughout the project. All of the staff was exceptionally helpful, patient, and kind in answering our questions, getting samples, ordering our fixtures, and following up on two fixtures that were defective due to the manufacturer. And they did this all during the Covid-19 pandemic as we broke ground in February 2020. I recommend them highly and will surely be back as a customer when we tackle our kitchen.

I was very disappointed with my customer service experience. I first emailed for an appointment as advised on the website, but never received a response. I then went to the store, waited as I had no appointment, but was finally able to speak with a salesperson. The bathroom tile choices, prices and warehouse pickup were great. However when we got to installing the tile I was advised that I did not have any edge pieces. I was never told by the Salesperson that I should purchase edge (bullnose) pieces. Don, his family and their staff are the best! Superb selection of tiles and plumbing fixtures, knowledgeable and kind staff, and their showroom is a joy to peruse. They really care, and are doing a great job keeping customers safe amidst 2020 health challenges, with masks and gloves and limiting the number of customers in the space. Six stars?

Great selection and great staff. We visited the showroom a few times over the course of an extensive home renovation and ultimately purchased several Isenberg plumbing fixtures for sinks, showers, and tub, along with two beautiful light-framed mirrors. Victoria was very helpful guiding us through the selection process. I sure hope there are no more renovations in my near future, but I wouldn't hesitate to use CTW again and highly recommend them.

I went to CTW Designs yesterday to get some grout for our kitchen floor. They identified the exact color within mere moments.
Going to this place brought back great memories from a hard time. We had a fire and had to gut our house and start from scratch. I made many trips to CTW and they were always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ann was particularly helpful and kind. I ended up getting tiles, sinks, and faucets there, and am still very happy with them several years later. We bought high end bathroom fixtures from CTW when we remodeled our master bathroom. They never worked properly. The manufacturer would take no responsibility. CTW took care of us and made it right. Don Belville, the owner, personally went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. I should add that the selection of products at the store is stunning.
