I have been going to the Nails Club in Deer Park for a couple of weeks now and I have never been so happy with my nails. All the other salons I tried before were crowded and noisy, but this one feels so relaxing and inviting. It's a much better experience all around from the service to the ambiance!

Owner is rude and disgraceful!
I asked if he could clean up the white nail polish he left over from French tip said oh I’m sorry my fault then when I got back from washing my hands he started yelling saying he will never do my nails and how dare I tell him I’m wrong and called me MENTAL, RETARTED, SICK IN THE HEAD for owning a service dog. The entire time his wife is pushing him away telling me she’s sorry and please stay she will fix it and he pulled my hand basically yanking twice to try and cut the nails when I told him I would do it myself and leave.
DO NOT COME HERE!

I was really impressed with the work that Nails Club Deer Park did for my nails. They're always so nice and accommodating to my needs, and they do a really good job. I was especially happy with how they made sure that I was at ease during the entire process, because it's not always easy to get your nails done.

They were so rude and disrespectful!! Never experienced such bad customer service. I was treated like absolute trash. Not only did they treat me badly but they also treated my cousin poorly. They called her names just because she brought her service dog. Worst experience ever!! Don’t give them the time of day!!!

Save your money and find a decent place to go to. I got nails that look like a kid drew them to say the least. They look nothing like my inspo picture . The worst nail service EVER. Never coming back and I'll be sure to tell people where NOT to go. I would have appreciated if they could have told me upfront if they couldn't do it...

Well, the first time I came to this place they left a crooked nail , really bad and she wasn't able to fix it this lady named Linda, and my second experience I said let me go back to try my pedicure, bad experience ever I called on the phone to see how much it was they said 20 when I come they try to charges me 25 and then to take off the little as thing that I had in shellac another 5 dls extra, to do white tip another 5 dls, and I think it's because I was the only person in there they try to take advance . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT ALL I WILL POST THE PICTURE OF MY CROOCK NAIL

I've been here twice and had good service both times. I'm very happy with my nails but confused about their pricing. They don't have anything posted and it cost me the same for a refill as a new set.
I hope going forward they will post their prices and be more transparent about costs to their customers.

This is the first time I've tried this nail shop and I will never go again. They are very rude. I told the guy doing my toes that I wanted the basic pedicure and he kept pushing deluxe I polite refused and the the lady worker next us started pushing as well. I didn't like to be forced. Now I've been getting pedicures for 12 years and we all know the process when he was almost done and about to start painting I asked "doesn't the basic one had the cheese grader tool" he said no and once again the worker next to us got involved and both very rude about it well then both

Worst nail job I ever got The lady cut my skin jabbed her nails under my under my nail she rushed me they took me the last minute even though I asked them they don't have to take me if they don't want to and then I paid in full and tipped her even though she didn't deserve it, I had to get back to fix them in the best way possible. Please don't mix up between nails club on Fairmont and Nurse club on the Pasadena the Spencer the Nails club for a month are amazing the one on at the Spencer are horrible

We are always pleased with the quality & friendliness of the service at this Nails Club location. Every service is done with attention to detail & professionalism. The entire shop is organized with the customer's comfort in mind, from complimentary beverages, big screen TVs, current magazines & comfortable massage chairs. From the variety of mani/pedis to gel/powder nails & outstanding nail art, this is definitely a nail shop we highly recommend.

The fact that they are open till 7:30 pm is extremely already earns 4 stars, gives nurses who can never find a nail salon finally open. They are very welcoming do not make you feel bad for coming in close to closing time. They don't rush the lady who did my pedicure was very precise looked great and felt great. The guy who did my nails so so average it did feel like he wanted to file away the nails I barely even had I told him once please don't file so much I'm surprised I walked out wit nails they he made the nail polish have spots it then he decided to add a third coat and it

Don't do it! I stopped here out of convenience and because I know a friend who goes here regularly and I frequently go to the Pasadena location on Fairmont and love it. The fact that there was no wait on a Saturday on prom weekend should have been a red flag...that and also that I now remember my friend showing me cuts on her feet from being scraped by their callous remover. They do try to push extra services on you, but that is expected at a nail salon. The services menu read on the front "cleanliness is our #1 priority...we use a SINGLE LINER...disposable" etc. There was no liner

The staff is extremely friendly and I always loved going here. Unfortunately, the pedicure equipment was not properly sterilized and/or cleaned at all and I received an infection on my feet from going here because they used the pedicure equipment on one or more people and then me without sterilizing.
