Nail tech mislead me into purchasing an extremely expensive option without delivering. If you are going to give me the premium option of getting my nails done, the least you can do is do them correctly. The acrylic was underneath my nails and they look completely horrible. The gel and acrylic doesn’t even reach all the way through my nail bed. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to go and get nails done. Extremely unprofessional and horrible services.

I've been here four times. Heed the warnings: poor service, limited options, and expensive! Hard pass for me here on out. (1) Takes too long. They use one person to do both your mani and pedi. It always feels rushed but it takes forever. Wait time plus service= hour and a half of stress. (2) Techs constantly seem bothered. Don't want to be asked any questions. (3) Shellac colors are limited and lasts for a week, at best. I had one nail chip the following day each time I went. Never had this happen with such consistency at another salon. (3) MOST ALARMING: Unsanitary waxing procedures

I've been to Maldives twice and both experiences I've had awesome services. Every one has been friendly and the shop is very clean and well managed. Both visits I used nail tech Chloe who's been great! Chloe has listened and provide great service, nail art and great quality. I would definitely this shop!

This was a lovely nail salon, nice atmosphere. They even had a bar area for drinks. It’s super close to my place so I thought why not try them. I go for a pedi & dip manicure. These are my nails NOT even a week after I got them done. I was told dip lasts much longer than gel etc. I’d say 4-5 days having his set they started cracking then chipping. To the point my friend told me I should go back into the salon. I’m disappointed because this was $45 and didn’t last a week. Waste of money. Day to day i sit at a desk so no strenuous labor on my nails. I haven’t even washed dishes 🙄 I don’t

Super friendly and pretty inside. You feel very comfortable, they offer drinks. Been there about 5times now and while prices are a tad bit high, the service& quality match it! I use tech Chloe and she is super friendly and helpful. And very patient because I'm not the best in deciding lol. Would def recommend you visit the shop!!

There's truth behind "First impressions" and something being in the " Gray". My experiences are simple...what was it like for me. Sometimes I am so shocked by the poor service am speechless. Other times it may have just been the person. I came back here to see if it was the way it was run or a individual that gave me a not so great experience. If someone can answer this nagging question for me I would greatly appreciate it. Why are the nail techs so rude and impersonal with answering your questions and immediately having conversations with coworkers in another language

So, I'm new to the neighborhood, so I wanted to give this nail spa a chance to be my new regular nail place. Some of this, I take full responsibility for. I said I wanted French, but when the French was done, it was not cute so I asked if she could just paint my nails white so that nothing needed to be redone.

I had such an incredible experience with Chloe today. She is an absolute professional with a strong attention to detail and a desire to please her clientele. I will absolutely come back to see her whenever I'm in town, as I also appreciated her kind sensibility. Everytime i come here, they are NEVER available to take me. the man at the front is so incredibly rude, he never offers an alternative, like waiting a few extra minutes. HE does not honor appointments, because i have had to wait an extended period of time for EVERY appointment i have made, after being told to do so. extremely poor customer service from the man at front and i will never step foot here again.

Went in for a pedicure . The place looks nice and clean and unique to other salons. However going up tot the counter the person never made any eye contact with me , honestly barely cared to look up or speak to me in a full sentence . My technician was nice but I could also feel her not caring at all and it showed in the work. My pedicure was honestly done at 40% effort and I definitely noticed it when I got in the car and days after . It's a pretty place but I won't be returning , the service did not make me feel welcomed at all.

I usually go to a nail salon that is close to my job, but I came here with a friend for a much needed pedicure. The place is pretty new so it's really nice. We went on a Wednesday around 3 pm and there weren't that many customers. All the nail techs were wearing their masks and so were the customers!

Not impressed. It's a pretty spot. Very clean the atmosphere was comfy. But the ENTIRE service was rushed. The massage the scrub everything. I have never had a deluxe mani and pedi in an hour. I thought I'd try this place out since it's so close to my job. But for 100 i would assume it would be at least an hour and a half. I got there at 12:47 and finished at 1:48.
Update is it 2 days later and they are already peeling. Shellac manicure has never peeled for me after a couple days. And i only did the dishes.

I am very picky about my nails and Chloe at Maldives Nail and Spa is the only person I trust to get them exactly how I want them every single time. She has been doing my nails for over a year now for dip powder manicures (and shellac pedicures). She always does a fantastic job.
I appreciate a clean looking mani more than anything. If my nails are not shaped perfectly even, it will drive me crazy. I am amazed at how precisely Chloe manicures my cuticles and shapes my nails. I was excited to try Maldives spa for the first time, however, I came out hoping I should have stayed home instead. Covid-19 has nothing to do with this okay. They were clean and organized.
Now, the importance of their nail professionals is rough. I was suppose to go in to rejuvenate and relax but this was NOT the case. I came out with a burned/cut pinky from my pedicure and cut twice during my manicure. NOTE:SAME DAY DIFFERENT NAIL TECH, this speaks volume of their nail service knowledge. Which already puts them on a never returning list.... thank you.
