Purchased painting two weeks ago and payed for it. Sat around two weeks waiting for painting to arrive and when I called was told it would not fit in post office cardboard box usps, so black rock was holding it.
. they don’t deal with ups or fed ex.. like I am supposed to know this? What kind of reputable auction house operates this way. It did not take long to process my master card………..but very inept on delivery.. after dealing with dozens of auction houses buying everything from rugs to paintings to dressers….all of them helped you get your purchase.

Beware of the online auction descriptions. A bracelet I bid on and won was described as Sterling Silver and Cubic Zirconium. It appeared to be neither. There was no ".925" marking on the bracelet and the CZ didn't look like any other CZ I own. I wrote to them after I got the bracelet home and looked at it and I didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. I paid over $100 for it. I have had great success with online jewelry I purchased from the northeast online BRG site, but I will no longer even look at the Raleigh auction. Burned once, I won't go for twice.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Buyer beware. Inaccurate descriptions. Completely unresponsive staff at every level. When all of the bad reviews are saying the same thing, you have to ask yourself why? It is easy to have good customer service when you accurately represent what you are selling and the customer is happy. The challenge of any good business is to shine when you have unhappy customers due to errors and omissions on your part. It's a shame because they offer a nice range of merchandise, but what good is it if you can't trust what they are selling and the staff
