Buyers beware. This auction house misrepresents items. I purchased what was described as a First Edition Andy Warhol Serigraph from Sunday B. Morning gallery. Print was framed so I was unable to see the back. I believed what was described by the auction house. Recently reframed the print only to discover the gallery stamp had been redacted leaving the print worthless. I paid over $800 with commissions. I will never use this auction house again after being burnt so bad.

I was in the process of selling my home in Greenwich and hired Greenwich Auction to sell my furniture, fine art and decor. Francis or Frankie dealt with my estate. Many of the items that he took from my house never went to auction and I was not paid. Do not trust this scumbag he will take your valuables and run. I should have gone with Black Rock. This "auction house" is beyond shady. Don't waste your time

The owner is so nasty and so rude. I was looking to purchase a piece from them and was strangely, met with much resistance and aggression. It is beyond me how a company can operate with an owner like this. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a business. I would rather drive further than ever support this business again.

Best entertainment for a pandemic. Great assortment of interesting and beautiful decorative arts. The values are insanely good. And really easy via the live auctioneers ap. Kudos!
Update: we continue to be thrilled with our purchases and values. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. Pick up is fast and easy.

I called an hour ahead of the pickup to let them know we would be arriving and was told it was "choatic" and they would try to have our purchase ready but couldn't promise anything. Upon arrival the staff couldn't find two of my purchases and THREE hours later there was no hope of finding it. During that time the staff was extremely unhelpful and disorganized. Completely incompetent! They handle all their products roughly without any idea how to move or protect furniture. Avoid doing business with if possible.

If they take this feedback to correct their communication failures, then I'll change the review.
In short, they accept you into an auction - for me, it was the day before. They only approved for $500 bid limit without any option to increase it.
That bid limit is not communicated as to whether or not it's per item or the limit applies to ALL items.
It also doesn't make clear that if you chose to bid, say $500, on an item, and are subsequently outbid, whether you can reset that $500 to apply to other items. Turns out you cannot.
There was no during-auction communication to help with any of this
