1. It was incredibly difficult to reach someone on the phone. I tried at least 5 times, calling at various times in the day during their work hours. Took 3 weeks for me to finally get a human person on the phone.
2. None of their doctors have times outside of 9 AM to 6 PM. People work during this time. They said they have many openings. Isn't it obvious why?
I did not schedule an appointment, because of these red flags. The patient never comes first. Imagine if I was under their care and needed to change appointments or imagine having to duck out of work all the time.

My family member received services here and really liked their doctor. However, it was always difficult to reach someone to make an appointment. Now, we have been calling for weeks to make an appointment (even left an urgent message for the doctor with their answering service) and no one will return our calls. We don't owe them money, never had any issues with the doctors, nothing. Won't even return our calls. Very disappointing..

"Comprehensive" is certainly a misnomer - the doctor didn't want to work with me because of a past issue (not current or ongoing), citing that they're "a private practice and need to be selective" as the reason. Cold, lacking compassion, and didn't return my phone call requesting to see a different doctor. Stay away if you can.
