Was getting ready to move downtown San Diego and was struggling find a place/getting in touch with places. Luckily I stumbled upon the Downtown Condo Guys and was put in contact with my saving grace Jamie. He made our experience fun, easy, and exciting. He took the time to walk us through all the different neighborhoods in downtown so we could get a lay of the land and feel for the different environments. I’m originally from Denver Colorado and coming to San Diego has been a pretty big change for me. Jaime really made our first moving experience memorable for my boyfriend and I. Not only did we find our ideal home but we had such a good time actually walking around downtown and learning things about the city that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. The most important thing for us was the fact that we felt so comfortable and 100% supported by Jaime. We truly appreciate the time they took to help us be happy and prepared for our life plans. There is no better agent for DTSD than Jamie. He completely devoted his time to me and my wife, as both of us were clueless about SD. He gave us a walking tour of DTSD while we looked at the various units, all the while answering my OCD detailed questions. His knowledge is insider- level. We have dealt with a variety of realtors and Jamie was by far the best. He knows downtown San Diego inside and out, and was able to furnish us with important, but not immediately observable, information about the pros and cons of buildings and areas. Even more impressive, on the rare occasions a question came up for which he didn't have an answer, he tracked it down IMMEDIATELY, talking to building managers, HOA presidents, etc. and reporting back.

We worked with Downtown Condo Guys for a cross-country move this summer and are so glad to have worked with Jamie and GG. GG was responsive, thorough in her virtual tours with great photos and videos, as well as listened to our needs/preferences/budget limitations. My husband was in San Diego for one full day to find us an apartment and Jamie made it happen! On extremely short notice he went out of his way to thoroughly show several units. Two were great options for our needs/wants and he pointed us in the right direction with the unit we choose. We could not be happier!
