Highly recommended. Our heat pump unit would not stop running causing the intake vents to freeze and pump icy air into the house when the thermostat was on 78! Their technicians were relentless in solving the problem. When called in the morning, a technician arrived the same day! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I used their website chat at 4 am and left them a msg to call me, they called me at exactly 8 am. Gave me my options and emailed me some needed info. I called them back later, a tech walked me through some trouble shooting and gave me an estimate. 90 minutes later they were here and 1 hour later they were done. Final price was exactle as the estimate state.
Tech wore a mask the whole time. Inspected my unit, gave me some preventative maintenance tips and was great. Would not hestitate to recommend.

They say the business is the employees the customers see. My AC went out last week. Amanda came out and tried everything to get the unit running but there was just no saving it. Amanda was so sincere and caring throughout the emergency visit.Tuesday came. Joe and Amanda were here bright and early. They we exemplary employees. They worked hard through the heat. Joe was like an artist creating the new primary duct work. It was a pleasure having them take care of me

I used ACE to change both my units back in 2016 and this year 2019. Great quality of work for both service but very frustrating at both times. I asked to cut the vent bigger the representative agreed they can do it. Back in 2016 the tech did not want to do it and going back and forth finally did the job. Again this year representative and I… agreed for the same for the 1st floor unit to cut the vent wider, and please make sure I won’t get push back from the tech. I want it done. When tech gave same issue, did not want to do it. We agreed at contract and the tech did not do it. So frustrating

I replaced the old Tempstar with a York system 4 ton 17seer for 1900sq.ft home. It's quiet and work was done in a days time. My air handler is in the garage ceiling, piping in the attic, heat pump behind garage. I liked Shaun in sales and the two installers. Thermostat has Wi-Fi and touch screen ( I only have a Rotary phone so I don't use the Wi-Fi ) It was installed 7/17/2017
