Had a dying compressor that was clearly on its last legs. Called and explaining the trouble and ask if they could come take a look. Rather than sending me off to someone else, they said they'd be by in a couple hours. He arrived, diagnosed the problem with my AC, and gave me several options to get it running again. I chose to replace the unit expecting it would be a while before he could come back to do the work. It was up and running by noon. I appreciated the directness of his approach and the quality of his work. Cost was very reasonable.

I knew I needed a new AC but Craig checked my current unit to see if he could provide and savings right away. After the review, Craig was able to locate an available system within my cost range immediately. Surprisingly, he was back in just a couple hours to install the outside unit so my family and I didn't needlessly suffer another night without AC in the hot summer heat.
That night we slept sooo cool. The next morning he and

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Professional Scammers.....requested a tune up and service which my unit is completely under warranty, the owner charged me for the parts and said they weren't under warranty, after payment I called carrier directly and they confirmed the serial numbers and all parts under warranty, it's been a few months and he still hasn't refunded my money! Call a more reliable and trusting company!

No A/C in 90+ degree weather is so awful. Of course any breakdown always happens over the weekend. For us that was Saturday afternoon. I left a message for them and got a text back later from Craig giving me a list of suggestions on what to check. Unfortunately none of those easy things were my problem but that is the first time a company has offered free advice just to help out. It's good business.
