My laptop stopped charging, so I took it to Best Buy, where I originally purchased it, and the Geek Squad was not able to help me because the computer would not turn on. They suggested I either send the laptop to HP to try to get it fixed under the original warranty (which had JUST expired) or try purchasing a new battery and going from there. Before doing all that, my husband decided to take my laptop to a local repair place for a second opinion. I am so glad he took it to ADU Computer Repair! I was very pleased with the service I received from ADU. They diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and completed the repair quicker than anticipated - even during a holiday week! Chris and Aaron are knowledgeable and friendly, and the repair was very affordable.

ADU is the real deal…. I had a host of severe issues with my computer, printer and related devices and ADU examined, repaired then tuned everything up within 48 hours. I could not be happier with the results.
Then, when it came time to reinstall all my programs, email accounts, photo libraries etc, Chris patiently worked with me until I was completely satisfied. All smiles😁

They took way too long to fix my laptop. Hoping it’s actually fixed, but the main reason I’ll never be back is that the whole system of drop off and pick up is ridiculous. I understand they had to come up with a way to continue business during the pandemic, but while everyone else is now getting back to life as usual and the pandemic is over, ADU Computers is still in full-force fear mode. Nope. I’ll go somewhere else next time where I don’t feel like I’m going into a high-security prison. Lol.

Aaron and the team are extremely fair, responsive and quick to help their customers. They were doing a repair on my laptop and found that the part
I had was very slightly different than what is needed. They were extremely kind in not charging for the extra labor they did (even though they could have as it took them extra time to take it apart and put it back together). I will use them again and highly recommend that others do the same.
