Hayes Family Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic
We help you learn to work with your body to restore mobility through concentrated, specialized exercises and stretches aimed at improving function. When treating soft tissue injuries, active release has been shown to be a very effective method of resolving myofascial pain. At our office, active release is an often used treatment.

However, we understand that there is no single treatment alone that can solve every issue. So we employ several techniques, including dry needling when indicated, to help resolve various conditions. Whether lecturing at a running club or talking to someone after a local race, I try to give everyone as much self-management advice as possible.
Services
As an adjunct to our care, we also offer moist heat therapy, cryotherapy, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and therapeutic exercises. The FMS is a grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS identifies functional limitations and asymmetries.

Dr. Hayes and Stacey were amazing with emailing me back and forth, even throughout the weekend Dr. Hayes was checking in on me.
I had a bad lower back injury and was in a panic trying to get in anywhere for treatment because the pain was brutal. They helped calm my nerves and guide me to making the right choices for myself. They both answered any of my questions regarding my injury and pain without me being a patient there!
Even though I wasn't able to get into my appointment because of scheduling conflicts, I would definitely recommend going to see them. If I have any future problems I will
