Little Gardens Childcare offers a safe, fun and energetic learning environment for every child. Each child is engaged in a safe, nurturing environment where (s)he will get the attention and care they deserve. Our teaching strategies are sourced from a combination of the educational philosophies by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, B. F. Skinner, Jacques Rousseau, Jean Piaget, and Lev Vygotsky.
Each Sprout will learn and grow through a variety of kinesthetic methods (learning through engaging the five senses). Some kinesthetic methods include: the exploration of nature, music, dance, and art. Little Gardens is licensed by the State of New York and exceeds all health and safety guidelines.

Services
Little Gardens was born through the belief that early childcare should be an enriching environment for our young ones, and a place that children can grow through learning. We understand the expectations children face as they enter kindergarten and first grade, and Little Gardens is here to help prepare them.
Circle time begins our academic day. During circle time we discuss the calendar, shapes, numbers, letters, holidays, weather, families, sharing, story time, and theme of the week. Each week will consist of a theme. Mini Sprouts will be engaged during circle time through finger plays, songs and stories.
As a way to thank those who selflessly serve our community, Little Gardens Childcare offers discounts to Military, Law Enforcement, Nursing, and Teaching families. Bring your work ID for a 10% discount on the monthly tuition rate. The highest compliment our parents can pay us is the referral of a family or friend for childcare at our center.

If I could give them a 100 stars I would.
Teachers and staff truly care about our little one. Johanna always accommodated our needs for a super versatile schedule and everything comes with a very fare price. I can't find a problem in this business.
The staff is extremely friendly and my son loves it here! Side note, when my son first start here he had some speech delay, in a matter of 4 months he was counting up to 10. If this doesn't convince you I don't know what else you need!
