I was there with pain in shoulder, nothing wrong with bones, just some tears in muscle,which I have all my life in left shoulder after heavy lifting, waiting time almost 4 hours,they take X-rays ,very poor quality cannot see anything,And I tell the FAKE DOCTOR I Don’t need x ray because I know pretty much what wrong with me ,I just want to make sure and check my muscle if not tears all way,
No Doctors there, ONLY NURSES PRACTICING NO EXPERIENCE PEOPLE

Had an excellent experience. My joint was drained painlessly. Good result with pain relief. No wait beyond filling out history questionnaire. Entire staff friendly and compassionate. Clean. Proper sterile technique. As a physician who performs these procedures in my own practice...I was impressed. Would highly recommend. Much more efficient than hospital ER.

Following an urgent care visit I was advised to see an orthopedist within 72 hours to check if I needed surgery for my broken ankle. After I was charged for a consultation, I was told to come back to see the surgeon 5 DAYS LATER. No one dared to tell me that he was not on the premises. ( only nurses ) What a joke ! They did not do anything except for charging me and let me leave with an unattended fracture.Totally unprofessional, unethical and misleading.

I had a problem with my hand and decided to go to an orthopedic urgent care since it was an orthopedic problem. They took x-rays and then I was told they couldn't do anything for me and I should go see an orthopedic. Isn't that what an ORTHOPEDIC urgent care is all about??? So I left and now, 4 months later, I receive a bill from them because apparently I had a deductible that they just now found out about (even though they confirmed several times while I was there that it is only going to be the $50 co-pay). I waited 4 hours today to be seen. Literally. By a PA. They did apologize which is nice but still. I called to make sure I didn’t need an appointment and they said to just walk in. I walked in at 10:30am and didn’t see a PA until 2:20pm. All to be offered a brace and referred to an orthopedic surgeon.

I went referred by Dr. Miller S. I just went there because I broke my wrist. Dr. De La Rocca is very professional but they sold me a wrist support in $35 (Amazon price is $11,99) very bad quality. One week later I should go back because is damaged they told me they can’t replace it or refund my money. I should bought a new one...
I lost the money.

I went to Ortho Now on Biscayne Blvd for a severe pain in my shoulder. I never write reviews but needed to post this because the attention, service and professionalism that I received at this office from William Bodden and Dan was absolutely amazing, we also can't forget the receptionist but dont have her name. I did not have an appointment and showed up and was immediately attended with no more than a 5 minute wait, WOW!. In one visit I was able to get my shoulder checked, xrays, and prescription for therapy and more... Having all of this in place allowed me to address all my issues this

I was referred by a colleague, first I called to make sure they were open (I called on Christmas eve) and just wanted to make sure I could be seen!
The receptionist was very professional over the phone, upon my arrival it didn’t take long for me to filled out the required forms, after a short period of time despite the fact that they were busy I was given a room to start my check out with the Doctor.
A little after two hours of my arrival I left their office with a diagnostic, follow up and documents for my employer.
Great service, clean clinic and way faster than ER.

Very pleased with the office from the front desk to the physician. Saw Dr. Brian Goldmark for a finger injury and he was very thorough and professional. He went over the injury in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, the visit was very pleasant (and quick). I highly recommended this location.

Really fast and good service! I have had severe back problems for a little over four years now maybe even five.. and I have been told nothing is wrong and I've been prescribed medicine that apparently I am not supposed to take because of my stomach condition. I went to orthonow based on my coworkers recommendation and low and behold I have lordosis! That's what's been causing the back pain and they ordered an MRI because I might have nerve damage. I came in with hip bursitis. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and competent. I had an X-ray, exam and a shot if 2 hours total. It would have been 5-8 at the ER. I might think twice about going there with a major injury: would have still gone to ER, but for relatively minor things it was a wonderful place! Definitely a nice alternative: close to my rental, short wait, very nice facility.

After being in an accident, I went to get checked as I was experiencing shoulder, back and hip pain. They prescribed me an MRI for my cervical spine (head), which I had no problems with. It was only 2 months later when I went to make my appointment with the MRI, when they asked what was on the script. I noticed cervical, which my physical therapist wanted me to get my shoulder, back and hip checked out. So Orthnow insisted I had to go back there $$ or another MRI script. I get there and the woman who is supposed to help me, walks in and tells me she will not be bullied into an MRI script with getting

Beware that this facility has NO doctor on-site. If a doctor consult is needed it is done via an app between the on-site staff and an off-site orthopedist. The on-site staff is pleasant and professional and this facility might be ok for some issues but do yourself a favor and go to a hospital or directly to an orthopedist if you have any real issue. We learned the hard way. Just left the hospital with my son for round 2 after his broken arm was not dealt with correctly here.

Went there with a broken ankle they gave me a boot and told me to come back in two weeks I wanted another opinion after ankle had not healed or felt better after 12 days and went to an orthopedic Doctor Who told me that if I would've gone when it first happened he would have interfered surgically to positions my bones so they would heal right. Now it's two months and the healing is never going to be as it could've been if I had had a competent doctor. These people are not up to par they cannot even prescribe pain medicine for a painful fracture.
