I sincerely appreciate Preston’s knowledge of construction science and vast network of hard working sub-contractors. When we got in the trenches of our inspection period, Preston provided trust-worthy advice on what and wasn’t necessary to repair. When fixes were needed, Preston was able to make terrific, cost-effective recommendations to quickly move us along in the process and make sufficient repairs. Having a realtor with a construction background is a must when buying and selling a home!
