Bryan Wikman was FANTASTIC!!
We arrived in Nashville on January 1st, and shortly after that we started looking for a house. We scheduled to rent for a few months.
We had a weekend free to look at houses while we waited for our moving truck to arrive.
We met Bryan by total chance after finding a property on Zillow. within a day or two we were looking at houses. We expected that it was going to be crazy with the influx of people moving here, and we were totally expected to find ourselves bidding on over bidding. What we were not prepared for was how much people were overbidding.

Bryan did a fantastic job for us. I'm relocating to the Nashville area with my employer. My wife and I we're not familiar with the area at all. This has been the best home buying experience out of the many I've had! We only had to look a three houses before finding the perfect home. David is a great negotiator at every phase from contract to inspection concessions. He was lightning fast at lining up all of the appropriate inspections and contractor quotes when needed. Would recommend working with David 100 percent!!

I don't have issues with Team Wilson itself, but rather its owner/broker, Benjamin Wilson. After experiencing difficulties in getting a house under contract at a very competitive time in the housing market, we were convinced by our agent with Team Wilson to use Ben as a broker as opposed to Ribbon (a legitimate company) to present an all-cash offer on a house, to get our family a home under contract. This was presented as a way to keep things within the company, should anything go wrong and so could "protect us". We decided to move forward, as we were admittedly desperate to purchase a home and
