The founder of Dandelion Psychology, LLC is Beth Peters, PhD. She is a licensed psychologist in Colorado. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1991, her master's degree in psychology from San Diego State University in 1997, and her PhD in Clinical Psychology, with a Child/Family Specialty from the University of Houston in 2004.
We serve clients from preschool to adulthood. Dr. Peters and her associates address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including depression, grief, anxiety, sexual acting out, aggression, and compulsive behavior. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs.
Fees for psychological services at Dandelion are determined by the average rate in the Denver Metro area and each clinician's level of training and years of experience. A full time clinician typically serves 20 clients per week. The hourly rate includes the time the therapist spends on the phone with clients or collaterals, session preparation, record keeping, and billing.
