I REÀLLY love this family business. Melissa treats her customers like VIPs; Alex et al are honest, warm friendly, sincere above and beyond what is "required" for pleasant customer service. You'll never go anywhere else after meeting this family. Josh is an excellent mechanic of your bike needs fine tuning and repairs.

Great service, poor quality. Me, my husband and my two toddlers rented 2 adult bikes and a kids trailer last week. We were staying in Brewster, a half hour drive away. My bike never shifted below or above gears 2-5 even though it was a 7 speed, which I guess I should have checked while trying it out but 🤷🏻♀️
The first day one trailer tire went flat; we filled it at another bike shop closer to where we were. The next day, my husband’s chain broke. He had to make an almost 2hr round trip to get a new bike. Two days later, his new bike’s tire went flat… he filled it but it wasn’t

A life-long Eastham resident, I had previously used a different bike store in north Eastham for years before it recently closed; I then decided to finally give Little Capistrano a chance. Going forward, I will go back to my old shop (at their Orleans location) instead of Little Capistrano.
My bike's chain needed to be replaced. I brought it to Little Capistrano and asked the staff member on hand: "How much for a new chain?" "A 9-speed is $28, after tax," he replied. On a beautiful, sunny summer morning, my family and I set out on a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT). A few miles in, my son's rear tire went flat, but thankfully we were only a half mile walk away from Little Capistrano Bike Shop. Even though the staff were incredibly busy, they understood our predicament-- being stranded several miles away from our motel/car-- and were able to replace my son's tube in less than 30 minutes so we could continue on our ride. I would absolutely recommend Little Capistrano Bike Shop and would use their services again. Five stars

Excellent customer service, and prices! we had a wonderful afternoon biking from the bike shop on the rail trail to Marconi beach with our 3 boys! My teenage son and I, rode the tandem bike. The guy at the shop was super helpful, and nice, and answered all our questions , as we were total beginners! We would definetly rent from here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, a wide selection of adequate bikes for Cape Cod. There are many places to rent bikes on Cape Cod but I only used this one so can't compare.
Renting a bike was easy, even for a non-US resident. I just gave them my UK driving licence number and the address of the place I was staying.
I was pretty easy about what bike I had. If you are picky about what you ride then I would suggest shopping around a few rental shops a day or so before you want to ride. The bikes at Little Capistrano were perfectly fine for a day's riding on Cape Cod trails. All cycleways are paved, including
