Friendly, reliable and consistently cleans our clothes and bedding perfectly. We've been using Highline as our dry cleaning service for a few years and would recommend them to any of our neighbors.

So nice! I went in to buy safety pins for an emergency and the lady gave me some for free. Very kind and gives faith in humanity!!! thank you!

I have been a customer at this cleaner site through many incarnations of the businesses that have come and gone. I have interacted with each owner over decades. The recent business owner is an affable man who seems nice and accommodating. His employees are pleasant.

However, he charges high prices, especially for specialty work; does not provide receipts when dropping off cleaning, and does whatever he wants based on his schedule and whim.

I work from home. I am in a work day. Deliveries without notice are entirely disruptive. Charging a card not designated is wrong. Ignoring complaints is arrogant

I had 10 pairs of long cotton curtains and i was completing the renovation of an apartment and in a rush. In 3 days they hemmed and pressed and delivered all the curtains PERFECTLY and CHEERFULLY. So grateful I chose them.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround, garments look great. Parking lot is a little hectic since it's shared with Starbucks, but I've always found a spot.

Excellent service at a fair price. Turn-around time much quicker than my former dry-cleaner. And they're "green" in terms of the cleaning products they use. Very friendly and helpful staff who remember your name. Truly a great neighborhood "find."

This place is excellent. They pick up and deliver, and are super customer-oriented. They don't hesitate to call if I forget to leave the clothes out for pickup (!!), or if there is a question. They also do alterations. And are flexible when we need something quickly! If something is not quite right (rare!) they fix immediately. Their recent ownership change has only improved their overall service. We are weekly customers.

Parking is tight if you stop, but have really never had an issue--spaces turn over fairly quickly in that small lot.

Definitely one of the best dry cleaning places

Things tend to change but I will never exchange this cleaners for someone else. Always promptly done cleaning never had issues. Personnel is so glad to see me every time.

**Update** I didn't check the new curtains when I picked them up, but I guess I should've. My husband went to hang them and found a big stain on one of the panels. They're also not altered to the correct length. I asked for 3 inches, but only 2 inches were taken off, so they still drag on the floor.

It's also only fair to mention the owner did leave me a voicemail about the no refund situation. He said he's the only one who can issue a refund, which is fine, but no one ever told me this. As noted below, he originally told me I could come back whenever was convenient and

I done my cleaning here for a few years now and even the new management I'm still bring my finer things in when I come home from the road! You guys keep me looking good On stage and screen!

Outstanding cleaners; the absolute best for sweaters; totally restores life to every one we bring in

We live in Chicago/Burbank during the year, and we regularly bring our Chicago sweaters to The Hills because they do such a great job

Also, they really understand good customer service by remembering your name, and making you feel welcome every time you come in

Also, for those of you that love to park front of the store to get your Starbucks, it's a great idea to also patronize this excellent cleaner!

Friendly place and a fair price. I go here about once a month and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. They always remember my name which is refreshing in a town like this. I have found other places that are closer and even a bit cheaper, but I would never bring my laundry anywhere but here. Customer loyalty is a rare thing, so it says a lot in my book.

The best in the L.A. area by far. It's like the "Cheers" of dry cleaners, Mitchell and Christina know your name!

This husband and wife (and new baby) team are very personable, respectful and provide a top notch service.

I've had a couple of difficult stains on silk and they've come through every single time and if there's a particularly resistant spot they will consult with you about options and get the absolute best results. If a garment requires a re-do, there's no questions asked and no charge.

This place has relatively friendly service. The place is also very clean and organized. However, I'm giving them 2 stars because of their quality of work (which is more important in this situation and with this price range).

I dropped off some blazers and shirts for dry cleaning and alterations. They took in the sleeves but did a lazy sewing job... The kind I could do myself at home with my basic sewing machine. When I get sleeves taken in, or anything altered, I expect it to be seen back the way it was (professionally). They also didn't get the stain off.

I just moved here 8 months ago and needed to find a new drycleaner. I figured I'd give The Hills Cleaners a try since they are located close to my house. Since then, I've never had to give anyone else a try. This operation is efficient, friendly, family owned, local AND green.

This is the kind of place where they greet me by name and ask how my week is going and never complain when I ask for everything back same day (there's no additional cost).

Pricing is fair and they do high quality work. Also, they are open early and late and for four hours on Sunday.
