I became a patient of Shawna Doran here over the Summer and I have been happy with my care. The staff is friendly and they always are able to get me in for appointments in a efficient manner. I just became a patient here and been seen twice, both for minor issues. However, my experience has been great; the staff are incredibly nice and even though there was a high volume of patients, they still managed to see me in a reasonable time. I knew going into the practice that getting prescribed medication wasn't something that they focus on, and Dawn Brown (a PA) showed me a couple different supplements and vitamins that I could take to help me chronically rather than just mask my symptoms. I am very disappointed with my experience communicating with the office here. There was a mistake where I was charged a co-pay when I shouldn't have. Once I discovered the mistake (from my insurance), several weeks later I contacted the office. After a couple repeat emails, I finally got in contact with whom may have been the person in charge of the billing. She acknowledged the mistake and said a check would be mailed out by the end of August. Well, still no check returning my co-pay. I emailed September 30, no response. Called and left a voice message Oct 12, still no call back. I called again

If you enjoy a professional medical setting with no medical care, this is the place to go! You will pay a co-pay, never be seen by a doctor (you have to be “sick enough” to be seen by her) only PA’s. You will be referred from one of their PA’s to another, so they can rake as much of your money in as they can. In my 4 months of care, and TONS of diagnoses from other doctors, I have not received one prescription or actual medical advice. Just eat your greens and take some fish oil. I have a complex medical history, and it was never properly taken into account. I had high hopes for this “integrative”

Still tried to get this doctor to renew my prescription with a visit every 6 months. Another doctor said sounds like they are trying to bill the insurance to get more money.
Will be reporting them for insurance fraud.
Office wants to see women every 6 months for hormone creme renewal prescription just to get a copay. And they don't listen to their patients. Hormone creme still isn't the right dosage for what I need.

Misdiagnosed by Dawn Brown with shingles and prescribed incorrect medication. Now a week and a half later, the FUNGAL infection on my eyelid and around my nose is spreading. I spoke to them on the phone hoping to come in to be rediagnosed and prescribed the correct medication for my case, and they will not see me again without paying a second office fee. This is completely crazy how they run their office, they aren’t acting like doctors more like business people, hungry for everyone’s copay. The office staff all have attitudes as well. I do not recommend as they don’t have any basic customer
