First let us say welcome to Celebrate Primary Care, Gainesville Florida's premier direct primary care provider. We do primary care differently and that's a good thing. Lab testing at up to 90% off retail prices for members. We negotiate the best prices on lab testing services and pass those savings on to our members.
We look forward to your enrollment and can't wait to meet you! At Celebrate Primary Care, we strive for you to reach your maximum health. For that reason, we do not prescribe medications for chronic pain management. We also do not write controlled medications for ADHD, anxiety (ie Xanax, Valium, etc) and pain.

If you are looking for top notch primary care then look no further. I have been a patient at CPC for two years now and I couldn't ask for a more welcoming physician and environment. Jenn McConnell is beyond amazing, she is considerate and thorough and always checks up on me throughout the month. She is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had, and at this point if Jenn moves out of Gainesville, I would be going with her. Thank you CPC employees you are so appreciated!

I have always said that primary care in the US is not as good as in other countries but today Celebrate proved that there are exceptions to every thing. We are very happy that we have found a place that treats patients the way they’re meant to be treated. We had gotten used to being rushed, misdiagnosed and mistreated at primary cares but the care my family received today shows that it is possible to offer exceptional care and service for people!

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Della and other staff at Celebrate Primary Care on several occasions and they have EXCEEDED my expectations every time. Every time I contact them, the response is immediate with guidance on my concern. They are extremely caring people and do not try to offer care I don't need. Celebrate is able to remove the insurance obstacles and can work immediately with their patient and their needs. And the staff is soooo friendly!!! I highly recommend Celebrate Primary Care!

We are so very thankful for Leah and the whole group at Celebrate Primary Care, Gainesville. Leah and her staff truly care about the patients they treat. And it is so easy to get in touch with them via an email or a text, or a phone call. The prescriptions are so much more affordable. I can't say enough good about them all. I’ve had many primary doctors and this office have been the best decision I’ve made. Leah White is the nurse practitioner who’s been working with me and she’s amazing. I can call or text her any time and she responds. She’s understanding and really tries her best to help you get healthier. I’ve lost 30lbs so far and haven’t felt this good since being under her care. I have health insurance and still have decided to stay with this office. Best decision I’ve made!

Celebrate has been a Godsend for me. I lost health insurance coverage in 2017, and joined Celebrate on a friend's recommendation. Even after I found coverage, it's proven to be the best primary care I have even been a patient of. Where else can you send a quick text directly to your provider and get a response that day? Leah is my provider and gives thoughtful feedback, suggestions, and recommendations, but doesn't push and leaves the decisions to me! The owners, Della and Lisa, are both wonderful providers themselves and manage an excellent business model for health care. They should be emulated

I'm lucky enough to have great health insurance but if you don't, Celebrate Primary Care is the way to go. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable but even better, they can help you decrease your health costs. I've had multiple friends use Celebrate as their primary healthcare provider and everyone has had amazing experiences.
