Thorsen’s came highly recommended and I was very impressed with their service. One of the few places that does service on a Rinnai Tankless System. Jonathan explained the process, was courteous and represented Thorsen’s in a truly professional manner. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

I was in a bind on a very hot day. I called around for prices and availability. Bottom line Thorsen's came out and got the job done for a great price. The service technician was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing. Within a hour my AC was humming right along. I would recommend them and will call again if needed.

I called on Sunday and received a return call Monday morning and had a plumbing tech here Tuesday morning. The tech had a well stocked van and knew exactly what was needed to make a timely repair. The price was fair and the value I received was top notch! The Tech's name is Alex and he is a great service plumber!

7/8/2020 I want to Thank Josh, Gabe, and Rachel for all there help with my AC issue...They all went Far and Above there jobs....The Customer Service, was fantastic, and making sure my AC was taken care of was phenomenal... Josh was so kind, considerate, and just plan helpful, Gabe when he was here was so great, he was very informative, kind, and… made sure everything worked properly.. And Rachel would always take my calls with no matter what...At times am sure people get frustrated, but she always kept her cool, and was always helpful and kind...The Total Service, and effort was wonderful

Do NOT use. We try to support local businesses. We have 2 air conditioning systems to manage our 2 story home. One unit went out and Thorsens replaced it at about $8k. They had to come back at least 6 times over the past 3 years from install. Always some "little" issue with labor and parts = more $$. Last year our second unit needed to be replaced and I had another local provider quote and because the service was so difficult with Thorsens, I went with someone else. They quoted less, installed on time and successfully! We started both units this summer and again, Thorsens unit

Not an honest business. Paid for a new unit install and over 3 years, were out to service at least 6 times with further investment with every visit. They were out again in May and by June, not working. Called another local HVAC provider who showed us that the unit was incompatible and most likely used upon install. I tried to speak with Thorsens and try to make it right, management wouldn’t take my calls. Gabe called me back the following day and offered to come make the repair at another $5k. There are BETTER providers. Avoid this business

We had our main line sewer plug up on Halloween night, I was not able to clear it with the tools I had so I called Thorsen's after hours answering service.
They dispatched Luis who immediately called us back,,, and arrived in :30 minutes!
The clog was under the street and with the electric snake wasn't able to push through,,, due to his persistence to getting this fixed for us, whatever it was finally broke loose and whalah! Flushing toilets again!! All done in under an hour...

John and the owners son showed up this morning at 10, it's 7pm and they are still in my driveway as I am typing . To say they did an efficient job is an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure the job they were facing today in our home was done correctly. They did not stop for lunch which is really bothering me due that I should have made these gentleman a hot meal. Thank you Thorsen's for having excellent employees, I am truly relieved!

Well, here we go again...spent more than $600 less than 2 weeks ago. Unit ran once while the tech was here and one other time. No mention of very recent service call from the office, nor any mention of a discount. Disappointed. They're due out tomorrow around 7am (yay). Fingers crossed it's less than $600 and will actually work, this time.

They did send the estimate after I wrote the 8/18 review. It was pretty late. At least they're trying. I don't think this estimate was done particularly well OR maybe they don't give their employees the tools to do their job well.
As others have said, the phone people tend to transfer calls to voice mail, so it can be frustrating to deal with them.
I still think Thorsen selects the customers that they want to serve well and blows off others. Our plumbing job is not a small one, and they could make some good money from us, but I guess we don't fall into the group that

Super honest business! I hired them to clean my air ducts but when they looked at them, they said only the intake needed cleaning! They listened to my concerns about allergies, dust, and asthma and performed what my system needed without trying to perform unnecessary and costly extras! I highly recommend these guys!

My family has been using Thorsen's for years. They're always professional and friendly. Their techs know their stuff and their prices are reasonable for what you get. Thorsen's does great work. They service my office HVAC. When my air conditioner went out this summer, it was replaced in a timely manner. The front desk ladies are always kind on the phone. They did a good job with updates and the technicians are always friendly. I recommend their services and trust their work.

I had Thorsen's come to my residence twice this summer. They were on time, very polite and they were very careful to wear booties over their shoes so my floor stayed clean. I had them clean my dryer vent which saved me 20 minutes per load of drying time. They also cleaned my air conditioner & heating ducts. Made a huge difference!

I called Thorsen's when my year old water heater quit working (they did not put it in but I didn't want to use the plumber who had installed it). The repairs were reasonable, prompt, and professional. They also worked with the manufacturer and got the needed part(s) covered via warranty. I highly recommend their plumbing services.
