Services
Typically, after being contacted, a representative from Panosian Contracting will visit the client to discuss his or her needs. The area or items of interest will be inspected. Depending on the scope of work, a verbal estimate may be given or for a more detailed breakdown, a written proposal will be prepared and submitted.
Panosian Contracting is a three generation operating company. Steven M. Panosian, President, founded the company in 1979 and incorporated it shortly thereafter. He is supported by his oldest son, Zachary, who works in the field and his younger brother Slater who assists as a helper learning the trade.
Our staff consists of multi-talented and skilled workers including those who have been with the company over 30 years. They are professionals who are experienced in carpentry, masonry, remodeling / renovation, and roofing. They are well-trained and their work is of the highest quality.
In addition, we are supported by reputable and reliable subcontractors including electricians, plumbers, masons, plasterers, tile-setters, finish carpenters, and painters most of whom are local skilled tradesmen.We work closely with our subcontractors to ensure that the product provided meets or exceeds our company standards of high quality.

Depending on the job at hand and the complexity, various specialists may be used. These include engineers who will investigate the problem or situation and provide consultations, recommendations, and reports. Designers and architects through drawings, blueprints and reports provide specific inputs to enable conducting the job in the proper manner by adhering to the technical and regulatory requirements identified.
Steven Panosian has done 3 commercial roofing projects and numerous general contracting/remodeling projects for my family and me over the past 25 or so, years.
