We cannot thank Dainius enough for giving us peaceful mindset in building a home with him. He follows through with exactly what he says. His experience in home building shows in his attention to detail in his work. He is open and willing to hear what your needs are and executes immediately. There is no waiting around with them. Our house was built start to finish in 6 months with all the modifications we've requested

Hillcrest custom built our home-sweet-home in 2015 and we cannot be happier. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent throughout the house, exterior and interior. Above all, Mr.Kuper is very professional, well-organized, reliable and responsible. He would show up right on time every meeting, patiently & kindly answer any questions and take care of things even AFTER move in.
Things went smoothly according to the contract with no surprises and no last minute hidden costs. He gave us a spreadsheet with a list of decisions & due dates for each process so didn't have to rush at all to make choices
