We are an Authorized Applicator of many leading products and we're licensed, insured and bonded. My clients always benefit from the personal attention of Statewide's principals, John and Kieran Fitzgibbon. They always satisfy the most demanding of our associations. I'd recommend them without reservation.

John and Kieran Fitzgibbon learned everything from basic carpentry to the art of masonry restoration from their father, Vincent, a carpenter in their native Cork, Ireland. While growing up, they helped him during summers and weekends, then came to the United States to start their own business in 1992.
Services
Strength and beauty. It's a combination that has made brick a preferred building material for thousands of years. But time and weather take their toll on even the strongest, most well-constructed buildings. The mortar that holds the bricks in place breaks down and becomes porous, allowing moisture to seep through and cause damage.
At Statewide RM, we are especially well known for our masonry restoration work, including historic restoration of some of the area's most well-known buildings, but we also provide other services, including sealant replacement, coating systems, waterproofing and even general contracting. The work Statewide RM recently completed on one of our client sites was textbook masonry restoration.
Over the two-plus decades we have been privileged to serve clients throughout Greater Boston, we have worked in communities with a heritage of fine architecture and masonry construction. These include, but are not limited to, Boston Proper, the South End and Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Brighton, Allston, Cambridge and Brookline.
We've provided masonry restoration, historic restoration, general contracting and other services to some of Boston's most well-known buildings. Here you will find case studies about our work at 242 Beacon St., Boston; 30 Dean Road, Brookline; 31-35 South St., Brookline; Barrington Court, Cambridge; Bancroft Court, Cambridge; Park Terrace, Stoneham, and a Brookline apartment building.
Owners of $2 million condominium units wouldn't be pleased it they had to deal with water damage caused by a lack of building maintenance. So at the first sign of trouble, the Board of Trustees at 242 Beacon St. and Property Manager Annie Stefanelli of The Stefanelli Company developed a plan to restore the prestigious nine-unit condominium.
