Very frustrating customer service. During installation of our solar panels, Forecast broke our sewer vent pipe. They acknowledged that they broke the pipe and promised to come back to fix the pipe. In the meantime, our main floor began to smell of sewer gas. As the smell continued to get worse and worse, our calls in hopes of scheduling the fix got more and more frequent. After 8 calls over the course of three months, and several promises that they would come fix the issue, we are now forced to hire a different roofing company to make the fix. The sewer gas small is unbearable and we would not

Our neighbors used these guys to replace their roof, so we figured we would get an estimate from them as well. Made an appointment after talking to one of the owners, took the day off work to meet them and no one ever showed up. Normally, I would have called to see what was up, but then I figured--if they can't even show up to provide an estimate or call me to reschedule, do I really want these people working on my house?
