I unexpectedly discovered a low back tire yesterday. Found Concord Tires online and gave a call. They were able to see me immediately and within 2 hours my tire had been replaced and I was on my way. Throughout, the team was extremely cordial and professional, answering all the questions I had. Plus the price was very competitive. I like supporting smaller local shops and felt like that’s what allowed them to provide such personalized, speedy, and high quality service. I highly recommend this place!!

My X7 tire had a big bolt in it on the way to dinner and we got super lucky Concord was nearby. They are busy but for us in last minute plus went above and beyond the call of duty to repair it and get us back on the road. They are conscientious, experienced, and kind. Price was fair too. Highly recommend.

I went to Concord tires because I needed to change the wheels and tires for my Toyota Camry. Sid showed me the diff options to get via his laptop large monitor, we agreed on the details and I paid a deposit, two weeks after, he called and we planned a date to get the tires and wheels replaced. All worked out very well. I am happy with the wheels, tires and the service.

Often times I'd go to Costco or Sam's Club to get my car serviced for tire changes. Recently my tires were slashed and neither store had my tire size and told me "well we could order it but the turn around time would be 3-5 business days."
I go to this shop instead on a whim which is local to me and the front counter person, Syd, is incredibly kind and a great person to communicate with. He offered me options for my tires and alternatives and explained the small difference and how it'd affect me. He even offered me a ride home while I waited for the car!

Our VW SUV needed 4 new tires and we wanted to shop local. Previous reviewers led us to Concord Tires and we are very happy they did! within minutes we had an appointment for the next morning (our time preference) and when we arrived a few minutes early we were accommodated immediately. The owner is extremely friendly and cares about his business and it's appearance and it shows. Within 45 minutes we were done AND had an enjoyable conversation! Concord Tires will be our go to place.

I called in after I had a flat and they were able to see me same day on a holiday weekend and get the tires I was looking for. Affordable prices, good customer service, and had the new tires on and spare back in car in 20 minutes. I had a single tire that needed to be replaced and this shop was a dream to work with. They are the most honest and upfront tire and wheel shop that I have dealt with. I arrived earlier than my appointment and they were able to swap out my tire right away in less than 10 minutes. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and their level of service and care for the customer is above and beyond.

Not only did I replace all 4 tires but the rim that was all grinded up from hitting the curb they filed it down and made it safe and smooth looking.
Also I was in a position where I couldn't get my car there because of my tire that blew. I asked if towing it there would be an option and until my appt the next day and he was accommodating by saying yes and insuring it would placed behind their parking lot fence.
I ended getting the spare on so

Great service, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I needed to replace 2 tires for the Camry 2008. Sid the manager gave me a competitive price quote, the tires came in a day later, and we got the appointment scheduled for 9AM. Once we arrived, Juve took care of the installation within 30minutes. I recommend this shop

Great low prices, very good customer service, my family and I have been coming here for the past three years for our tire needs, and they are very reliable. They have used and new tires.
Joel is fast and does great work, he also speaks Spanish. Nice guy. Two things, 1. call in advance to check if they have, or if need to order your tire size, and 2. Be patient when you get here, there will be more customers, don't worry they are fast.

It's a bad place to go get a tires specially if it's new because they lied about the tires warranty.
I wouldn't recommend it for anyone because I bought new tires few months ago he give me a warranty then something happened to the tires he said no warranty at all And refuse to take care of it
