Denise is amazing! She went above and beyond for me this morning to get me two replacement tires after I had two flats in two days on my Tesla Model 3. Don's shop is super busy, so you may be on hold for a while but it's worth the wait. Denise was able to secure tires for me within 2 hours. Tesla has no tires in stock and told me to shop for my own tires if I wanted them any time soon. Don's will be my go-to tire shop from now on!

I had a flat repaired on my Prius. The first problem was that the tire was improperly balanced, which Don's corrected.
When I had the tires replaced, it was found that whoever had worked on the tire had broken the pressure sensor and rather than replacing it had simply taped it to the tire. Since nobody else had ever worked on the tire, it must have happened at Don's.
It cost over $200 to have this part replaced.

Wow. The team here are so nice and helpful. Fast appointments, great hours, awesome selection of quality tires.
Slammed by bad weather I am grateful I went there a couple weeks ago. I needed 4 tires. Badly. And with the Help of Laura, I made the appt for myself and my wife's car. and came back. Laura was awesome.
When I returned for my tires Denise took super care of us. It took less than an hour and my wife scheduled a couple days later.

I came in to check if some aftermarket wheels I have would work with my van and also to get an oil change. I got the oil change and they said the wheels wouldn’t work, so I got what I came for.
However, they also said my front brake pads were at 3 mm and close to needing replacement. I had just had them replaced two months ago so that was surprising. I called the mechanic that did them and they instructed me how to visually inspect them and take a picture with my phone. He saw the picture and said they were definitely not as worn as Don’s said they were. I went back to Don’s and told them

I have a vintage 1990 Westfalia Vanagon camper van and I‘ve been coming here since it was recommended by Buslab for any kind of tire work on classic cars. Service at the front and back of the house is always awesome. The ladies in the front are so friendly. I was amazed that they were able to special order me some 215/65/r16 Nokian Rotiiva AT XL tires so quickly and cheaper than prices I found online. I was expecting a backorder as it’s a pretty specific all-terrain tire that isn’t so commonly requested but they were able to get them for a NEXT DAY install without my even requesting such

It feelt like it was a good deal but later, the whole thing was a little overpriced. The work done was very good, they are very good at what they do but some of the things fixed were not necessary and like I said, the final bill ended up being way too high for unnecessary things and overpriced in general compared with other mechanics around the area.

Ok here's the good news. They have good prices on replacing Tpms for my Lexus RX.
Made my appointment and I knew it would take two hours.. Well after three hours still waiting , found out they were having problems and needed more time. Ok so Angela said let's get this done. She got the car computer reset to accept and read the new sensors. Hint when it doesn't work read the instructions in the manual.
Thanks Angela you are great. Only bummer was waiting around for so long .

This is an old fashioned tire store, not a chain. People are straight shooters, don't oversell and treat you with respect. I had been a customer for years at a local chain. When a questionable incident occurred l, I went searching for an alternative. I found Don's and have been completely satisfied.

My only experience with this place was when my Prius was running low on an unknown tire location. I drove up and ran in to ask for some help. The front lady was super helpful and went and got a mechanic to check out my problem. He went and gauged each tire and filled them all up to the recommended standard psi and located the tire that was having issues. And that was it! No payment for a very efficient and quick job with no issues. Super impressed with the professionalism and task and purpose! A++

I had a flat tire. Darn! So I drove directly to Don's Tire Service and - dare I say - had the most enjoyable flat tire experience of my life. I appreciate the kind service in what could be a very stressful occasion. I was told that my tire would be ready in 3 hours (busy day at the shop), so I went home. Got a call a while later and - as promised- my car was ready in 3 hours. Also, they made an effort to patch my tire, when I was sure I'd need a brand new tire. Cost me $35, as opposed to $250.

One of the only local, independent places that works do it the old fashioned way. Look you in the eyes, smile when greeting, smile when saying bye. Honest and hard working people. They also support the Tesla autos from across the street so to be an old shop but able to adjust to the times says something. Long live small businesses!

I went for a simple taco at the Mexican restaurant down the block, and suddenly the ninjas who had been following me from Paris attacked. I spun out, into a perfect 360 donut, evading them, as I rocketed around the block, giving them the slip.
Safely headed home, I was surprised when my tire was punctured by one of the ninja stars left over from my heroic battle.
Luckily, It was in front of Don's tires, and they quickly replaced my tire with a professional and courteous manner, and soon I was on my way, ready for more adventures.
I highly recommend them!

This people They are only license do tire service If you have mechanic issues transmission issuesThis is the wrong place to bring your car
I pay more than $7000 to fix my rede Engine light and still cannot fix !!! Denis say I'm sorry but we don't have the right equipment to fix it they told me to take it to somewhere else And they keep all my money Without fixing the problem Again very good on tire service brake service

Thank you for fixing my misaligned car!!!
I've made an appointment for this repair shop a day prior. Booked the first available appointment and showed up 10 mins late due to traffic.
They didn't give me any push back at all!! Thank you!! Ashely helped me out and told me that the car will be ready in a 45 to a hour. The waiting room is pretty standard a bench or two and some chairs. But there's plenty of places with in walking distance
They really have a great system in place for them
The shop runs really smooth with appointments and walk ins. Watching vehicles
