Legality of towing on private property? However, mustn't this be done through the police? Isn't calling a tow truck to move the vehicle illegal, since it is responding to a legal infraction with yet another legal infraction.theft?

This company, Fast Towing, was referred to me by AAA on 6/21/2019 for roadside assistance. Luis B., the employee who responded, did not have the proper equipment needed and damage resulted. Their on-line ad states they take all forms of credit cards. Luis said he did not have the credit card machine and needed cash only. Luis also could not provide me with a receipt for payment from Fast Towing. I went to the address listed for the business on 6/24/2019 and spoke to the owner Fernando, regarding a receipt. He gave me a number to contact Luis. Luis sent me a text stating that if I paid him "

One of the best tow experiences. I called and the rep was able to arrange a time to pick up my vehicle. I was concerned they would forget, but they made sure to call me 30 minutes before the scheduled time letting me know they were on their way. They charged a very affordable price - only $85 to for a tow on a flat bed truck and delivered it safely without any damage to our mechanic. Thank you!

These guys are amazing! I had three of my technicians in a fully loaded work truck stuck neat the Richmond port and I needed to get them back to our shop in Antioch during rush hour traffic. Not only were they reasonable, but because all of the guys wouldn't fit in their truck, they allowed them to use an additional vehicle to get back home. I couldn't be more grateful, they made it so easy!

Wow, this tow company was fast. I called them for a tow and we were to meeting at my truck in 30 minutes. I decided to leave early and get there in 15 minutes and they were already calling me from my truck to tell me they were there. There were two guys, sweet as heck and funny to boot. They had my truck ready to go within minutes and delivered it to my mechanic.
They were professional and at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate in the future using this business again.
