Please do not waste your time! My mother is a patient at this clinic. Unprofessional would be an understatement. Will be changing clinics immediately. Unable to get emergency referrals, it’s like the office staff does things on their own time. I was referred to Lupe for a referral over a week ago and have yet to receive even a call back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The answering service lady is very unprofessional. My anxiety kicked in just talking to her. I'm a medical secretary that works for a medical office

Absolutely wonderful Dr.
Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth it if you want a Dr that truly cares about all his patients. Dr Watson is very understanding, always in a cheerful mood and always does his best to monitor/treat your health conditions to his fullest potential. Also the wait goes quick and you'll never be frustrated by the staff here, everyone is incredibly friendly.
Thanks to all,
Steven ☺

Be careful for there are many pharmacies who are refusing to fill pain medication prescriptions. The nurse practitioner is writing prescriptions without even seeing Dr. Watson. And then be careful of the unprofessional attitude if you voice your disgruntlement. There is some serious problems in this office

Horrid. Worse than a developing country. Impossible to get an appointment or get anyone on the phone. Wait 3 hours even with an appointment. Nurses and doctors don't communicate well. May not even get a doctor and if you do may not even do a thorough check up and give bad advice so quickly you can't even understand it. Avoid.
Update: I changed primary caregivers after this. New place said not to take either prescription they gave me here and was horrified.

HORRIBLE! They will have you there ALL DAY ! Dr Watson himself does NOT care. My appointment was at 10:30AM and after 3 hours waiting I had to reschedule! Dr Watson was outside talking to a PAINTER about redoing his business when it was literally 10+ patients to be seen by him ! DONT GO !
