I found Access Dental because I recently moved here & needed an emergency appointment. Everyone in my insurance network is completely booked out, but they were able to squeeze me in same day, and ended up calling me in sooner due to a cancelation. Dr Song got me on an antibiotic & back in within a week for one of my extractions. His team is great - everyone there really knows what they're doing. I'll gladly come back here & pay out of pocket each time. Thank yall!!

Terry song is worst dentist . He is not honest and don’t care patient . He should apologize me. I lost my two tooth it’s permanent tooth. Not only one two.. I was his patient since when I came to Reno . I don’t have any pain just regular check up every year. I all the time ask him first thing is check up if I have a cavity?? One day He recommend filling for my tooth I listen to his word and did you mean follow his way so we started the right side upper and underside and we supposed to let the side that again but when I started first time after I really got a pain. I told him how I feel hurt

Really excellent dental care.i recommended this 101%.really hands on of his patient and really helpful stuff.
I only quick vacation here at reno stay for 2 days and this doctor give right away his eschedule to do my rootcanal in a same day appointment same day done.

The best dentist and staff ever. I cracked my tooth while on a trip in Tahoe. Access Dental took me in on a Saturday and not only was I taken care of well, Dr Song fixed and saved my tooth, and stayed on later just to make sure all was done with quality! Dr Song and staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Access Dental. Thank you Dr Song and staff for saving me pain, tooth and trip!!

I have been going to Dr. Song for over 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience. The profession staff is amazing! They have always called to remind me of appointments a week in advance and have been flexible with my schedule, including day of changes. Dr. Song's has been great and the facility is very clean. I highly recommend Access Dental Care.

I never thought that i would feel so passionate about writing a review, but this needs to be said. I am feeling so thankful that my community has Dr. Song as a dentist and feeling blessed that he & his office staff helped me to trust the process. From 1973 I have had teeth issues from an accident that left years of issues. All of my front teeth… were about ready to fall out of my head - literally. I first heard of Access Dental Care through a friend of mine who posted about them on Facebook, referring her friends to them. I was able to click a link from her post that allowed me to request an appointment. One day later, they called me to setup a time, it was so easy! Dr. Song is a highly recommended dentist. I've been to some dental places here in Reno but I like how Dr. song would handle his patients and how gentle his hands when it comes to cleaning and extraction of tooth. I am so impressed by the care and expertise from Dr. Song. He was very clear what my insurance covers and what dental work I needed to get done. The staff and facility are absolutely amazing, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable they want to make sure you feel comfortable with the procedures. I really appreciated that he takes his time when he was working on my teeth and was very careful not to cause pain or discomfort. Dr Song and Andrea are very attentive and honest. Dr Song gives you your options and tells you his honest opinion. He's also open to listen to your concerns and tries to accommodate. They have taken care of our whole family and especially made my husband feel comfortable and confident before/during/after a difficult procedure. I would highly recommend them!!!!!
