I lived in these apartments for 2 years and was never satisfied during my time here. First, I don't know how many property managers there were during my time, which created a-lot of confusion when reaching out to the office. Second, communication with property managers and residents was non-existent. Example: the mailboxes needed replacement and for more than 2 months we were expected to pickup our mail at the post office, according to the post office worker who was waiting for a property manager.
