Hello. If you are putting off calling Best Ears Ahead (BEA) to check them out and schedule an appointment because of COVID. Don't worry, just do it! BEA takes precautions and is aware of needed care. There's parking directly in front of the well kept building exterior. Office interior exceptional. Audiologist, Cindy and Lee, office coordinator, are trained skilled professionals with right touch of friendly comfort. After completing hearing tests, discussing options, I can hear again!! I have the perfect fit for me. Call them today. It's an investme and you're worth it!

I love this place. Lee and Cindy are both the greatest. The whole experience of getting a very thorough hearing test, hearing aid recommendations, getting the aids and follow up appointments have been a breeze. I will highly recommend Best Ears Ahead to any and all that are considering hearing aids. They want you to attain the best result possible within any personal budget constraint. There is no charge for the hearing test and they recommended that while I am not quite in need of hearing aids at this time, that I return in a year or earlier if I experience any change in my hearing.

I can't say enough nice things about Cindy and Lee. I've been dealing with progressive hearing loss through the years due to Ménière's disease. Cindy really takes the time and really understands what's going on with me. She got me hearing everything I've been missing out on. I can hear my granddaughters voice which makes me so happy!!! Thank you for giving me my life back.

Pam found BEST EARS AHEAD in La Mesa, just off I-8 near San Diego State.
After moving from Northern California she needed some repairs on her current hearing aids. While having them "fixed" Pam was given a state of the art pair of "aids" and couldn't believe the difference. Needless to say, Lee and Cindy helped US BOTH deal with our communication frustrations with an accepting, friendly, and supportive approach. We experienced solutions without any sales pressure. It was those vast improvements that brought enjoyment back to our active lifestyle. Highly recommend.

I had taken my father to another place that seemed only interested in selling us what they had in stock, not what he actually needed. So obviously he still couldn’t hear. Thankfully we found Cindy.
She did hearing tests on the spot and found the best option for my dad. She and the staff always find time to answer any questions and change any settings to improve his hearing.

We can highly recommend Cindy, and Best Ears Ahead! It was a Saturday morning, my hearing aids had stopped working, I had an important weekend ahead, and needed to hear clearly! In desperation, I searched the net, prayed to find a provider, that was open on Saturday to no avail! I saw where I could send a message to Cindy by email, shared my situation with her, not knowing if she would even respond, or see it! She saw my email, and though the office was not open, and she had plans, she responded and met me there in an hour. Not only does she sincerely care about people, but is incredibly knowledgeable

If I could give them a 10 star review, I would. My Mom was here visiting from out of state, and I called to see if they could help her. I called and not only got amazing help, but they also squeezed her in. I thought that my Mom was out of luck with her older hearing aids, but they were able to fix the problem, and help her hear great. Lee went out of her way to get help us, and figure out what was needed.
The entire office, doctor and staff was fabulous! Thanks to them my Mom can hear much much better.

My experience at Audition was amazing. Wow what a great experience! The hearing aids I had were totally set up wrong when I walked in. I could only hear 24%, when Cindy was finished I was at 90+%. Since first meeting Cindy about a year ago I realized then what great care really is!! She has taken the time to really educate me on my hearing aids something that wasn't done previously with the Hearing Aid Store.
Walked me through exercises that will help me and gone the extra mile to answer my many previously unanswered questions.
