During your initial visit, you will be asked questions about your medical and hearing history. Then the Hearing care professional will use a lighted otoscope to inspect your outer ear and your ear canal for any abnormalities that may affect your hearing test results or require you to visit an ENT doctor.

The staff are friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. My father has very severe hearing loss. He has been to two different hearing aid centers those hearing aids were not nearly as helpful and they cost twice as much. In addition it was easy to get an appointment. The audiologist answered all our questions and showed us how to use the new features on the new hearing aids. In summary we were very satisfied with Abbott hearing aids Center.

I highly recommend this location for your hearing aid needs! Boyd and Juli are the owners. Two of the nicest people you would be fortunate to meet. I got the LIVIO hearing aid and it's now been 9 months and I wear them everyday due to the "barely there" feel of them. I also love the very noticeable hearing improvement! Juli gives you undivided attention using her extensive computer system of which she is able to adjust your "Aids" as needed. The Livio Aids also have a built-in "TV hearing" system that enables you to hear every word of your favorite tv show

Boyd was courteous and kind in setting up my complimentary hearing exam and consultation. Juli was very professional in assessing my hearing, from the history to the exam. She was generous in spending time with me, explaining her findings, making recommendations, checking out my phone speaker system, trying on a sample hearing aid, and giving me a neck band for my Covid double masks to ease the discomfort around my earlobe. I did not need hearing aids and she truthfully told me so. She also offered yearly hearing tests there because of my family history. It was an educational and pleasant experience

I have bought 3 pair of hearing aids, starkeys, from Abbott (the third after my dog ate my second). I have been so pleased at both the sales and service they have provided over the years. They have always been easy to contact and very competent, and resourceful in solving my concerns in a very cheerful. In my view, a major part of having hearing aids is the continuing service, at which Abbott excels.

Contacted Julie at Abbott Hearing Center after many years of hearing deterioration. Had been to a local hearing center in Poway and was feeling a bit discouraged about my options. I am younger and wanted CIC set up but needed performance that would make the investment worth while. Julie directed me to the top of the line Phonaks. Not only completely completely invisible the performance is life changing. Julie is super patient and absolutely knowledgeable about the entire process of selection, set up, use and maintenance. Honestly had I not found Abbott and Julie I likely would have not followed
