For the most part it is quite have had some very nosy neighbors! After complaining nothing is being done !
Not sure if I will renew my lease after 12 years ! Also the pet situation is out of control had neighbors pet pee on my balcony! Got chased by unleashed dog pitbills everywhere! There is no consideration for people who don't like pets ! Starting to hate living here !! I guess I just need to move on !!!☀️

I’ve never met a more snotty & stuck up woman in my life until I spoke with Cheri in the front office. Today was our move in day, and we up and walked out on it because Cheri had an attitude every single time we spoke with her. We can not deal with that, and neither should you! She will completely ignore you & make you feel absolutely terrible and embarrassed about yourself. Definitely someone who should be working as one of the faces of these apartments. Also, there are a ton of hidden fees that they do not make you aware of until your move in day. They also knocked up our lease agreement by

Update. My friend spoke with the office and they told them, that there's nothing they can do and they would have to contact the manager.
Who is as im being told is never in office to speak to. As my friend said DONT LIVE HERE, they give you the ring around and tell you they can't answer your questions or fix your problems but the one who can is never there.
My friend lives here and I have experienced first hand her neighbor being disruptive and causing major issues. Ive been told that nothing has ever happened to said neighbor as the problems never get fixed. I personally get mad for them cause

Not a tenant nor will i ever be after these horror stories.. Place itself isn't that bad. Normal issues youd expect with older buildings. But the staff...... the staff is AWFUL. Wont give any answer to simple questions at the office, the staff any time my friend has called they have been extremely rude, then they will direct you to a property manager that isn't ever there and my friend has tried multiple times of the day on multiple days and can never reach them. They've had SERIOUS issues with neighbors involving police more than once and they still refuse to do anything about it but were real

It was okay while I lived there but the neighbors are very loud. Once i moved out they made me pay my full $654 for rent and only took $61 out of it. They owe me $592 that i still have yet to see along with my $500 security deposit. We emailed them and haven't heard anything from them yet. Christmas is coming up and I would like to be able to actually afford gifts for my family.
