Ashley was so kind and informative and kept me updated during the whole application process. The energy at the apartment complex is very positive and warm and walking into the leasing office I was met with smiles and friendly faces. They have a unit ready to tour and after visiting every apartment complex in Jackson this was absolutely the best!!! Patio, washer and dryer, CLEAN. I’m overall so happy with my experience so far. Hugggge thank you to Ashley!! And I’m so excited for my move in day 😊

Upon move out, was charge excess late fees and rent. I was not notified by the property but through the online portal. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Living on the first floor meant insects. The bedroom is not well insulated which means extra cold in the winter and warm in the summer.

I lived in Trillium for a year and the apartment itself was nice. However, I did have troubles with charges showing up on my account that were not warranted as well as staff that was not organized. Prior to moving out, the office manager showed up unexpectedly to take inventory for re-ordering new carpet another other household items and just walked right in. With COVID among us, a simple email stating they were planning to stop by during a time block would be nice. Otherwise, if I wasn't home, I believe she would've walked in. If you don't mind the staff, the place is decent.

After reading all 18 reviews, it seems the consensus here is that this is not a very good place to live. Aside from the up-charges some people have experienced and just all around unpleasant experiences, they also like to discriminate. Today's discrimination is over a service dog who assists a military Veteran who served our country overseas. The registered service animal is a trained German Shepherd who provides a safe and secure companionship. The property manager is now forcing a "meet and greet" of the service pet who has lived on the property for months with no incident or complaint, AFTER

I had minor move-in issues which I was dreading a long process to settle. However, the staff was so understanding and efficient, everything was fixed within 2 hours! I am glad to call Trillium Pointe my new home because the staff cares about my needs and most importantly, I can go anywhere and be greeted with a smile!

***9/9/17 UPDATE: Still love it here BUT the neighbors below us smoke every hour on their balcony and we can't leave our windows/sliding door open because our house gets filled with cigarette smoke. We are both non-smokers and I have asthma. We have to constantly have our air on because we can't open windows to keep our house cool. This is becoming such a nuisance that we are looking at other options. We never knew this was a smoking community. *** Cannot believe the comments left recently.*I love this place! My boyfriend and I moved in around October and so far have not had a single problem. Great

Lived here for a little over 4 years. All experiences with the staff were positive and they kept the property well maintained year round. Walls are thin but that is my only complaint about the property. No issues with other tenants either. For anyone who hasn't had an in-unit washer and dryer, that alone is worth the cost of this place.
