Had a wonderful experience with Heather and Lisa getting an apartment. Was such a fun, pleasant process and they really went out of their way to work around my tight schedule to make things happen. My son and I are really enjoying our new environment and haven't even moved things in yet. This is a very peaceful place. I work at my house every day and at the end of the work day I cannot wait to get to the apartment. Alhamdullilah. Thank you so much Lisa and Heather! You made it great!

The management/owners are allowing their upstairs tenants to keep their trash on their patio. There's hundreds of maggots that fall down to the downstairs neighbors patio. This man is disabled and been on lock down due to covid. All the wants to do is sit on HIS patio. They pay high rent and deal with unsanitary conditions. The management has been informed MANY TIMES about this situation but yet it continues to be and unhealthy unsanitary environment.
If the management ever fixes this nasty situation, I will delete my review.

This apartment complex is run by 2 women that clearly do not have any business or community education. They want the maintenance men to come into you apartment every month to see how clean you apartment is. A maintenance man must has to go use his inhaler every 10 min because he is allergic to animals. "Why have this job. When everyone has animals. And speaking of animals. When we moved in here you could have a small dog. Now it's not allowed. Kind of like having a grill. With each new lady we get assigned as manager seems to make her own rules. I don't recommend arbors to anyone
