We hired Spectrum Inspections on a house we are interested in buying. Harry was thorough with his review. We walked the property inside and out and he took his time explaining his findings. If I were to sum up my experience with Harry the one word I would choose is "Wow".
This man knows what he is doing.
He is very professional and extremely personable. He arrived at the property we are purchasing early and was actually finished before we got there. When informed from my realtor that we were on the way, he was more than happy to wait in order to basically take us on a tour.
He is very realistic, pointing out things that could be an issue or not up to code, and pointing out things that are def. issues. He was a great tour guide. He knew the ins and outs of the house in a matter

We were referred to Harry Foster by our realtor. The phones were answered promptly and friendly, we requested a home inspection prior to buying a home in the mountains. Harry’s wife Shirley, recommended to add the Radon test and we added it, we are very grateful to them for advising us. As first time buyers of mountain properties in Colorado, we weren’t aware of the danger and pervasiveness of Radon in these mountains. The Radon test came back high, and we are able to have it corrected prior to buying the house. The general inspection was very thorough, and final walk through was very informative

Harry came out and did an inspection on a home that we are buying. He was punctual and very polite. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why. He also took the time to explain to us some of the nuances of living in a mountain community, it is our first house outside of town. We appreciated the time and explanation! If we ever need another inspection, we will call Harry!
