Chris has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. With his knowledge and extensive training, he has inspected thousands of homes for over a decade. Chris takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Ron has been inspecting homes for close to 20 years. He created a successful multi-inspector business.
A home inspection is a thorough, objective, visual evaluation of a home. The physical structure and major systems are examined, as well as the surrounding property. The inspection also provides homeowners with a basic understanding of all systems in the home, including electrical, plumbing, heat, cooling, etc.

Radon is a radioactive gas that comes from the decomposition of uranium which is found in granite. Along the front range of the Rocky Mountains, we find elevated levels frequently. As many as 60% of all homes we test come back high. The EPA identifies our area as having some of the highest concentrations of radon gas in the country.

Ron went above and beyond during home inspection for my first time home buyer. Ron is great. He not only inspected the home, but gave me valuable advice on usage, care and maintenance. He has a keen eye for detail which is essential for inspectors. Even with a new construction, he focused on not only patently visible issues, but also hidden issues that are sometimes missed in new construction. He is also very personable, careful and cautious when moving about the home, timely and fairly priced. I would use him again and refer him to friends and family.

I feel fortunate to have had Ron inspect my future home. I contacted him through the "contact us" form on his company's website and received a prompt, same-day response by phone. We spoke on a Wednesday and were able to get the inspection scheduled for the following Wednesday.
Ron was on time for the inspection and very personable and professional throughout the process. While the inspection of this particular home was very clean, Ron provided very helpful, unsolicited information throughout the process.
