Came by to access job. Friendly, set price and date/time. Complete flake. No show. After trying to contact him and getting strung along a couple of times, called him on a Sunday to check in. Just got 'I'm with my family'. Based on his good reviews, I suppose he does his job and is accountable, when it's a job he wants to do. Instead of being professional and explaining this is not the type job he does, he leads someone on until they give up. (Mine was an extensive brush cleanup.). Absolute waste of time and energy.

Mario is amazing to work with. He was early for every appointment we had, and was always able to figure out a way to get any task completed, even if it meant bringing in another vendor and supervising the task.
His can-do, friendly, funny attitude made completing several stressful tasks a breeze. He even removed very high up posters using a lightbulb changer and the agility of a monkey, catching each poster in one hand as it feel. He was fearless and extremely competent.
We started using him as a landscaper (which is did an amazing job for us) then also was able to do general handyman work

I called and spoke to Mario on 5/15/2018. We discussed and agreed upon pricing and pickup for four large garbage cans of mixed garbage and recycling. I contacted Mario both by text and phone call the day before pick up to make sure he would still be coming and to discuss payment. He was busy with family and let me know he received my text, and that he would contact me back. Nothing. Not a peep from Mario.
The next day was pickup day so I contacted him again. He said he would be out, but that it would be later in the evening. No problem at all I told him. Later in the evening arrives and no Mario

Was very impressed with the service! Communicated with the owner and he was very pleasant. I was able to get quick responses to my questions and he and his worker arrived within the time frame promised. Like the other companies, the first visit was meant to see what needed to be hauled away and provide a non-obligatory quote. However, they were also ready to haul it away if the offer was accepted. Well these guys were very reasonable and so the job was expedited within an hour! They took all the big garbage bags and cleared out almost half of my sister's garage.My sister and I were very impressed
